Le personnel de l'hôtel était sans exception sympathique, le buffet du petit-déjeuner était très copieux et savoureux. Vous pouvez parfois constater que le bâtiment vieillit et pourrait nécessiter un peu de rafraîchissement sous forme de peinture et de mobilier plus récent. Parce que l'emplacement est très bon, central et facile d'accès à tout. C’est la livre avec laquelle vous devriez travailler.

Modernisiertes Business-Hotel in hervorragender Lage. Leider kann der Service damit nicht mithalten: Sauberkeit der Zimmer „optimierbar“, Bar nur zeitweise geöffnet, vor allem aber: Kein eigener Parkplatz, Autos können nur in engem, öffentlichen Parkhaus abgestellt werden. Daher auch keine Tagestickets verfügbar. Parken kann so sehr teuer werden! Keine Lademöglichkeit für Elektroautos.

Wir haben uns in Ihrem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gute Lage, Frühstück sehr viel im Angebot, super Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder, auch weil uns Potsdam gut gefällt.

Das Hotel Maxx ist sehr gut gelegen. Man wohnt sehr zentral und ist durch die kostenlose Nutzung von Bus und Straßenbahn sehr mobil.
Frühstück war sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht.
Das einzige, was uns nicht gefallen hat, war die Gründlichkeit der Zimmereinigung. Die Bettdecken lagen seltsam auf einem Haufen. Gesaugt wurde auch nicht.
Dann wurde uns ein kleines Handtuch weggenommen und auch die Duschvorlage fehlte.
Da sollte den jungen Männern mal gezeigt werden, wie der deutsche Standard einer Zimmerreinigung ist.
Ansonsten waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

房間沒有空調，充斥下水道堵塞的氣味，打掃衞生的人隨意進出房間，警告後仍在洗澡時未經許可進入，迄今為止最糟糕的住店體驗！！！

très bon emplacement , parc sans souci à proximité , Berlin est 3/4 h en transport en commun ,petit déjeuner très excellent , au calme , chambre spacieuse et très bonne literie, hôtel vivement conseillé.

MAXX Hotel Sanssouci Potsdam exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast buffet was delicious and diverse. Its convenient location made exploring Potsdam a breeze. Highly recommended for a memorable stay in this beautiful city!

Hotel placed in the middle of Potsdam, good for tourists. Very bad place for professional events. The lack of service and care we experienced was outstanding. Agreements broken, terrible internal communication, aggressive dealing with my guests, buffet ran empty (!!!) , mediocre room service. Don't let yourself be blinded by the name. The staff has a terrible attitude, the processes are obviously not followed.

We stayed three nights. The hotel is situated close to Luisenplatz and within walking distance of the Sanssouci Castle. This is a nice and quiet area of Potsdam with several restaurants and the location is served by excellent public transportation. The hotel provided free tickets to local trams and buses, making it easy to get around. An underground garage is available at EUR 19/night, however access and spaces are narrow, so larger cars may be difficult to get in and out. Our studio was very spacious with comfy beds, a nice sitting group and all the amenities you would expect in a modern hotel including a safe with room for a pc. It was very clean and quiet, facing the courtyard. The television set had several channels including a few in English. Excellent breakfast was included in our rate and included several hot and cold choices of high quality. Housekeeping too was very good and we enjoyed our stay here.
