Panacea is a home away from home. Owners Maria Grazia, Mario and Antonio become a family that you want to come back to. They put their hearts into their work. Place is spotlessly clean, have all what you need to enjoy your stay and is an oasis of peace away from chaos of everyday life. Maria took care of us every morning and assist with delicious breakfast. She bakes the most amazing pasticciotto ever! - which is a local sweet delicacy and other amazing sweet treasures. Mario is absolutely passionate about their organic garden and when he realised that we are interested, he did share with us his knowledge and passion. All that is grown is used for guests, so you know exactly what you eat. From soil and tree straight to your plate:) Their son Antonio is a young, very talented chef. For an additional price we did book a fixed menu dinner - and let me tell you! - we did not regret it! It was delicious ! Traditional dishes served with fresh, modern twist. We will be visiting again :)

Well, what can i say about this amazing place, Maria Grazia, Mario and chef Antonio made our stay amazingly warm and welcomed, from Mario's knowledge and passion for their own BIO grown fruit and veg, Maria Grazia's hospitality at breakfast, dinner and also all her home made cakes and pasticciotto , to chef Antonio in his fantastic dinners which everything that he used was from their own backyard. If you want to have dinner with them, you just simply ask them and they will accommodate you, chef Antonio will definitely make something very nice for you. Rooms and everywhere is very clean, pool is fantastic, food and produce are simply so tasty, the family was just super nice and helpful when needed, nothing was ever a problem, plenty of parking for cars, not sure what else to say but would 100% recommend it and will definitely come back in the near future. Io e mio marito abbiamo vissuto una vacanza in Salento unica e piena di emozioni.Ad aiutarci c è stata questa location meravigliosa,un oasi di pace curata,pulita e accogliente. La signora Maria Grazia mi è entrata nel cuore con la sua gentilezza e quel sorriso familiare. Lo chef Antonio ci ha deliziato con i suoi piatti di alta cucina. Alberto è stato un ottimo intrattenitore durante le nostre cene. La piscina è una vera chicca e poi il contesto che circonda tutto questo è portatore di un benessere che ti fa tornare a con un anima più leggera. Grazie di cuore e arrivederci ❣️

Oasi di pace, tranquillità e accoglienza di alto livello. Cucina ottima sia a colazione che a cena, vivamente consigliata! Chef Antonio ci sa fare! Mamma Maria Grazia una vera padrona di casa, gentile e discreta, sempre attenta ad ogni esigenza. Mario, il custode del piccolo paradiso, trasmette un' immensa passione per piante, fiori e orto. Che dire della piscina: incantevole. Speriamo di tornarci presto!

Ho soggiornato dal due al nove luglio unitamente alla mia compagna ed erano anni che non provavo un simile piacere in un soggiorno estivo. Una vera oasi di tranquillità dove l'unico rumore, tra l'altro piacevole, era il frinire delle cicale.L'estrema gentilezza e disponibilià della signora Maria Grazia pronta a soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti ci hanno fatto sentire a casa nostra. E che dire del cibo? Certamente al top grazie allo chef Antonio che ci ha deliziato con le sue preparazioni di un livello superiore alla media. Non escludo un prossimo futuro soggiorno. Tre giorni di assoluto relax e ottima cucina, sia a colazione (con le torte freschissime della sig.ra Grazia) che a cena (con i piatti squisiti dello chef Antonio). Tutti molto gentili e familiari (bellissime le chiacchierate piene di aneddoti con il sig. Mario). Il mare e i luoghi da visitare si trovano a pochi minuti di auto. Super consigliato

Posto incantevole, camere pulitissime, accoglienza familare, cucina buonissima. Maria Grazia una musicista prestata alla natura infonde molta dolcezza in un’atmosfera che induce al relax. Antonio grande e appossonato chef ci ha deliziato con piatti saporiti e delicati, tutto preparato con prodotti del loro orto. Molto scenografico l’angolo piscina. Un fine settimana che ci ha fatto sentire coccolatissimi

Tutto perfetto. Camera molto pulita e silenziosa. Colazione varia ed abbondante. Ristorante a dir poco superlativo. Accoglienza calda e discreta. I proprietari, coccolandomi, mi hanno fatto sentire a casa. Spero di ritornarci perchè è stata una esperienza altamente positiva.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Panacea per una vacanza di coppia, una settimana meravigliosa all’insegna del relax e del comfort. L’agriturismo è immerso nella pace delle campagne salentine, comodo per raggiungere le spiagge più belle. Le camere nuove e pulitissime, i proprietari persone squisite con un’attenzione estrema per i loro ospiti. La colazione é un tocco di classe, tutto fatto in casa e con prodotti locali. Ci siamo fermati anche a cena, piatti deliziosi, con tanta scelta anche per chi è vegetariano come me. Da provare l’ottimo aperitivo in piscina sempre con prodotti locali. Che dire, siamo tornati a casa a malincuore, bravi, 10 e lode ++
