Staff are very nice, polite, warm, with smile on the face, sincerity, answer our questions with patience and kindness. There are restaurants and supermarkets in the nearby. Traffic is convenient as quite near to bus stops, tram, train stations. The environment is quiet.

Was a lovely place to stay. Will definitely stay there again when visiting Melbourne. Clean , staff were lovely , security parking . Easy access to local coffee shops. Highly Recommended

I went for a break from home… 2 nights to get out of my house for the first time in 2 years. I was told there was no room cleaning service available on check in day. Then the room wasn’t serviced the second day. I couldn’t get into the room the 2nd day… there was a fault with the door that couldn’t be fixed. I wasn’t offered another room. After 45 minutes of back and fro’ing, I ended up just going home. I’ve never been so disappointed in my life. There was no care or concern or empathy offered by the staff. I’ve never experienced this at other quest appartments. It wasn’t worth the $400

Front apartments are noisy as you can hear cars and people on the street. They need to spend money on better noise reduction and insulation. Room was nice and staff were friendly.
