A cosy, modern, self-contained bungalow secluded in the countryside. With 1 double bedroom, a bathroom, comfortable lounge with a fold out futon this is the ideal get away for peace and quiet. Situated in rural Preston close to the coast & river Wyre the location is perfect for walkers with Blackpool illuminations just a short drive away. There is easy access to Lancaster & the beautiful Lake District. Given its rural location driving is a must, a parking space is situated next to the bungalow. The space Rural location in a modern yet cosy self contained bungalow. Electric fire in lounge with Hive controlled central heating throughout. The bungalow warms quickly in the winter and is very cosy. There is a rear garden with table and chairs with views that look out to the Lake District. Large TV with DVD player and surround sound, it's an ideal space with all you need to relax. Guest access All facilities and parking (please note there is only 1 parking space). In the kitchen there are cooking hobs, a convection oven, a fridge, a freezer, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine. There are basic cutlery, mugs, glasses and plates. We have recently added a small dining room table and chairs that seat two as well as two fold out tables. There is a washing machine. A newly fitted bathroom with a shower (clean towels will be provided), sink basin and toilet. There is a 40inch tv with freeview channels and a home cinema DVD player with surround sound speakers, great set up for watching dvds! There is also a Nintendo wii games console. We have recently upgraded the WiFi to the bungalow and found this to be much more reliable.
