I originally booked a room at Travelodge Preston Central on arrival the place was very dilapidated and appears to being used as a halfway house so I decided against staying there and booked a room at the Premier Inn instead. As I'd changed hotels at the last minute and had a food reservation to get to I was in a bit of a rush by the time I got there but the staff were very helpful, efficient and able to point me to the nearest car park as the hotel doesn't have one. The room was clean, the bed extremely comfortable, there were extra pillows which I used. The location is great for central Preston. The place was quiet at night, room the curtains did a great job of keeping the light out and the smoke alarm didn't have flashing lights on it.
