Nestled within a quiet neighborhood directly next to Palmer Square and Nassau Street, this newly renovated apartment is the ideal spot for a true downtown Princeton experience. And don’t worry about sacrificing luxury for location - enjoy the comfort and convenience of brand new furniture, finishes, and appliances. Even if you’re not up for a day out on the town, you can still get some fresh air in the private, fenced-in backyard. Nassau Street: 1 minute walk Palmer Square: 3 minute walk Witherspoon Street: 4 minute walk Nassau Hall: 6 minute walk I have multiple places in town, so if you're looking for something specific, just send me a message and I can let you know what I have available! THE SPACE SLEEPING: Bedroom: King bed | Living Room: Queen pull out couch BEDROOM: King bed, nightstands, dresser, closet, full body mirror, washer and dryer, bathroom access, patio access LIVING ROOM: Queen pull out couch, workspace, smart tv w/ access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, etc. KITCHEN: Island table w/ seating for two, dining table w/ seating for two, stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, mixing bowls, knife block, toaster, tea kettle, coffee maker, coffee, olive oil, salt, pepper, cooking utensils, dining utensils, plates, bowls, wine glasses, mugs, and cups BATHROOM: 1 full bathroom w/ shower, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hand, face, and body towels OUTDOOR: Private fenced in backyard/patio, two person patio set GENERAL: 800 sq. ft, high speed wifi (400+ Mbps), keyless entry, central air and heating, single-story home, front porch w/ five steps to main door, linens and towels provided PARKING: Free parking available at one of our other listings (ask for address), two paid parking garages a block away GUEST ACCESS The whole apartment and backyard will be yours. The main entrance to the building is shared with the upstairs unit. The entryway has doors to the individual units, each with their own unique code. There is a driveway, but it is reserved for the upstairs unit, "Palmer Square 2BR w/ Parking”. If you need to park a car, you may use a spot at one of our other nearby listings for no extra charge. Paid overnight parking options include the Hulfish Garage and Spring Street Garage. Both garages are about a 3 minute walk away. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE This listing is on the first floor of a duplex. Though the entire place has been recently renovated, it is an older building in a historic part of town, so there is potential for noise from upstairs voices and footsteps. There is a Ring doorbell cam at the front door, facing the street. HOUSE RULES OCCUPANCY: This listing holds a maximum of 4 guests. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the apartment and backyard, i.e. if a reservation is for 3 guests, it is expected that only up to 3 people will have access to the apartment and backyard. SMOKING: Indoor smoking is not allowed. EVENTS: Events of any sort are not allowed. This includes gatherings of 4+ people in which not everyone will be staying the night. QUIET HOURS: As per Princeton regulations, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. This is a residential neighborhood, so please keep the neighbors in mind. PARKING: There is a small driveway, but it is reserved for the upstairs unit "Palmer Square 2BR w/ Parking". If you need to park a car, you may use a spot at one of my nearby listings for no extra charge. Paid overnight parking options include the Hulfish Garage and Spring Street Garage. Both garages are about a three minute walk away. PLUMBING: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper, as this may cause a serious issue with the plumbing. DAMAGES: Regular wear and tear is to be expected, but damaged furniture, unwashable stains, and holes in the walls are not. By booking, you acknowledge this point and agree to pay for any damages that may occur during your stay. PETS: This is a pet friendly home. There is a flat fee of $100 if you do plan on bringing a pet. Fantastic place! My husband and I stayed here while visiting our daughter who goes to Princeton, and we loved the place. Super clean, wonderful location close to campus and the town's restaurants and stores. It was exactly as advertised, including the owners' note about being able to easily hear the neighbors upstairs. (It didn't bother us.) We will definitely book this place again for our next visit!
