Room confirmation incuded "breathtaking view" on rosengarten mountain, most of the view was a 2 floor building under construction. The hotel chief didn't want to accept our claim and I felt his behavior was rather unfriendly. On other websites i found similar experiences other clients. Food is good, but i missed certain charme or elegance and friendliness for this price.

It was a delight at the hotel. Top quality cuisine and wellness area. The rooms are nice decorated. The only thing that we deeply missed was a baby sitting service. So my husband and I could never visit the wellness (sauna) area together as someone was always in charge of our toddler. Apart from that the resort offers a lot of activities outside and we will go back again for sure.

The resort gave my family the opportunity to have a truly relaxing vacation. The setting couldn’t be more perfect and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Thank you and see you next year!

we had a wonderful week skiing in the Dolomites staying at the large Cyprianerhof resort; Stunning views to the mountains from the hotel. The culinary offerings were amazing and of very high quality; the wellness area was likewise large and very nice something for everybody;

We came here for skiing, and everything was perfect. Lovely, large rooms, wonderful breakfast, and smooth transportation to the ski area with the cable car. But the highlight of every day was the five course dinner that was absolutely amazing!

Amazing hotel with great amenities. Great spa and pool. Great team. The skiing resort next to the hotel was good and the Sella Ronda accessible via a 45 min car ride.

Amazing location, the restaurant is just outstanding, close to Michelin star ! Fabulous experience!!! The spa area for adults is really nice, with stunning view on the mountains! The personal was very welcoming and the breakfast is really good!

This hotel is the perfect combination for an active holiday together with a great Spa and sauna area. After a snow shoe hike with our guide Thomas we returned to the hotel and enjoyed the sauna. The 'saunameisters' are real artists and make your experience unique. The menu includes a rich variety of vegetarian en vegan option. The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere and families are welcome. Sustainable luxury and traveling is really a topic in the hotel. The architecture is so beautiful with all the wood and glass integrated. Solar panels on the roof and a pool without chloor are some examples. Your electrical car can be recharged in the hotels' own parking. Skiing facilities are excellent, a cable car is in front of the hotel. And above all the Dolomite mountains view is stunning. In short, just go and experience it yourself.
