A special thanks goes out to Rosella, who showed us all around our room and gave us a good instructions for the sauna facility in the sauna. We did enjoy a massage with Claudia and tiara. The facility was very very good and in the morning we had Daniela, who was very, very good with conversation and explaining all about Menaggio and Como

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Grand Hotel Victoria and Slh hotel and Spa in Menaggio. The hotel was just recently renovated and it’s truly beautiful. I loved the lobby that they left the charming traditional chandelier but renovated and modernized the lobby. Just so elegant and tasteful . From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome — super friendly, professional, and just genuinely kind people. NOT snotty or obnoxious like the other fancy star hotels. This is the only 5 star hotel with spa and beach club in this town. So many staff willing to help you. They were always ready to help with anything, and you could tell they really cared about making sure guests had a great stay. ( ask for Lorena Speziale , one of front desk personnel, she was a rockstar and there were so many others but I forgot to get their name ). My room was beautiful — recently renovated, really modern and stylish and big with lots of storage space. The bed was ridiculously comfortable, I loved the shower. And the fancy way to push the button to turn on shower. And the room has high tech. Like the shades and lights and (night lights motion ) all control by iPad . And the breakfast buffet… wow. Everything was so fresh and beautifully set up. I looked forward to it every morning — so many delicious options, whether you’re in the mood for something healthy or just want to indulge a bit. Like try the chocolate croissants or focaccia! fresh pastry’s. The berries and fruit are so fresh. And you MUST try the fresh squeezed grapefruit juice. So much to choose from. The beach club was so much fun. Gorgeous views over Looking the lake and mountains. and great Dj on weekend. We ate dinner at the beach club one night and food was excellent. This was honestly one of the best 5 star hotel experiences I’ve had. Experience is importsnt. Because you don’t just want upscale. You want great service. It was the service truthfully that it made it feel over the top. I can’t explain it. But u felt like royalty. I felt taken care of the entire time, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly, highly recommend! Conciege was amazing. Booked our entire itinerary and when we changed things so many times, like boat trip to different days. Switching restaurants,etc they did it so happily. It’s important to mention that this Location is a 2 min walk into the town of menaggio . It’s important because u have easy access to ferry, taxi boat and restaurants and shopping. And of course gelato. . U will love it!! Recently spent three nights at the Grand Hotel Victoria in Menaggio. The lakeside setting is mere steps away from the busy heart of town, but felt serene. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming, helpful, and dedicated to ensuring our comfort. Our room was in the ‘modern’ building, and featured the most high-tech command system we’ve ever experienced in a hotel, which was impressive, if a bit confusing. (Note: there are no written instructions, and the onscreen icon system is not the most intuitive.). The space was compact, clean, comfortable, quiet, and nicely decorated and appointed, with thoughtfully placed outlets and ports and good wi-fi. The breakfast buffet was vast and memorably good, with seating that offered gorgeous views of the lake and mountains. Altogether a great stay!
