Nous venons de passer une semaine dans cet hôtel, je recommande vivement, il est spacieux, la nourriture est très bonne et l'équipe d'animation est remarquable, des spectacles chaque soir d'une grande qualité, bravo à toute l'équipe, vous êtes très professionnel !!!! Félicitations... Nous avons rencontré un jeune animateur nommé Rilès, c'est lui le premier jour qui nous a accueilli, un vrai rayon de soleil, bravo Rilès pour votre amabilité, professionalisme, quel bonheur d'avoir croisé votre chemin... chaque jour il ne manquait pas de venir nous voir pour échanger quelques mots, toujours avec le sourire... bonne route Rilès et merci pour votre accueil....

This is a wonderful hotel in a wonderful location with a couple of things you need to be made aware of. Before I mention those, the positive's ... and there are many. 1. Great location (just be aware that there's quite a hill/slope from promenade to reception entrance. (You can use steps inside during the day as the side gates are unlocked. 2. Great rooms with plenty of room. 3. Great breakfast choices inclduing freshly cooked omelettes, eggs, crepes and pancakes. 4. Very friendly staff, always helpful. 5. Great pool area with plenty of sunbeds each with mattress for extra comformt. Zero depth entry and sideless pool edges. 6. Nice sun terrace overlooking the sea. So, the negatives (or things you should be made aware of. 1. Safe costs 2-3 Euro's per day (Think it's 3). Ok, we have used many hotels recently and none of them charge for this. If your stay is for two weeks then thats an extra 28-35 Euro's extra !!! 2. Wifi cost ! Ok, so the reception is free but if you want Wifi in your room it's an extra 2 Euro's per day ... per device !!! So if you are family of four staying for two weeks this could get expensive. Maybe as much as over 100 Euro's !!! No, tethering for hotspotting does not work as the phone will automatically switch to you mobile operator. Again, we have stayed in many hotels and the first one for a VERY long time there has been a Wifi connection fee. Take it from me, if you have Vodafone, the connection is a strong 4G. I would have easily given this hotel 5 stars, but to be faced with a bill at the start caught me out somewhat. Would I stay again ? Yes, in that room I was in for sure, but I would give the Wifi charge a miss.

Just got back from our first family holiday with 3 children, 2 of which are autistic. The grounds were lovely and clean, including fresh linen and towels every day. Each room was air conditioned, we had Disney plus on tv which definitely helped when my children were struggling, there was plenty of toilet roll, each facility was working and we noticed that when others had difficulties with air con etc, there was maintenance staff always on hand and prepared to fix issues. The staff were ALWAYS actively on the go. They were willing to help when needed and the cleaners were very thorough - always smiling and polite. We stayed in the more quieter pool area & didn’t access the evening entertainment due to my children’s needs & although we had to walk back to the other side to get drinks/ice creams etc, it was definitely worth it. Reception were happy to assist us when we didn’t understand how to work the safe and the kitchen staff were very accommodating especially due to my children’s sensory needs. Very happy, a memorable experience throughout.

Premier nuit à l’hôtel nous pouvions pas dormir la nuit car en face des ascendeurs qui claques et les personnes cries dans les couloirs la nuit. Grand hôtel, un hall d'entrée très beau et spacieux, les chambres sont vieillottes meuble abîmées, nourriture du restaurant toujours la même chose, machine a café souvent en panne. Personnel très agréables. Nous entendons toute la journée et le soir les avions car nous sommes proche de l' aéroport, nous pouvons pas dormir la fenêtre ouverte car avec le bruit des avions c'est pas possible, Bort de piscine très sale, jamais nettoyé, nous nous sommes pas baignée car l' hygiène n'est pas la… Les tables à l’extérieur ne sont pas nettoyé de la journée, je n 'ai jamais vu des transats aussi sale, les verres traînent par terre, personne ne nettoie. Les gens se jette sur le manger et ils ne font pas attention à leurs enfants qui se servent et salissent tout le buffet...Il y a des cafards ainsi que dans les assiettes! Cette hôtel ne vaut pas 4 étoiles!!

First visit and as per reviews what an amazing hotel. This hotel smashed it right out of the park from check in onwards. All of the staff were amazing lovely to see management out on the front line helping out. Bedroom was lovely , we were in Room 2029 with a sea view. The room had a kettle with coffee, tea and milk replenished daily along with the water. Bathrobes and slippers available which was a nice touch. The hotel was very clean. The pools were lovely lifeguards were very on the ball. All inclusive drinks 11am until 11pm which was more than plenty. Safe was available in room but you had to pay extra. The restaurant was brilliant offering a wide variety for all three meals and a lot of freshly cooked food also. All staff were lovely a shout out to Yolanda and Manuel in the outside restaurants they were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. We did go to a couple of shows which were ok depending on what you like however the piano bar was amazing and different pianists on every night again big thumbs up to the staff in here also very attentive and hard working. I think all the staff in the hotel deserve a pat on the back it ran like a well oiled machine. The beach was across the road so that was nice if you wanted a paddle. My only issue was sunbeds although we did manage to get some in the end , management were monitoring the beds regularly and actively removing towels if people had not been in them. Will definitely be visiting this amazing little gem again soon.

Fantastique hôtel. Nous sommes ici pour le moment et nous en avons vraiment amusé. Premièrement à cet hôtel. Nous avons été améliorés à l'arrivée de sorte que c'était un bonus, et notre appartement est magnifique. Les lits sont massifs et vraiment confortables, comme les coussins - très important pour nous!! Bon d'avoir un réfrigérateur, micro-ondes et équipement de fabrication de thé/café. Lieutenant douche électrique. Appartement spacieux avec une terrasse massive - table et chaises et 2 lits solaires. Tout est sans place. La piscine est grande - j'aime que les lits solaires ont beaucoup d'espace entre eux. Il y a aussi des canapés au dos dans l'ombre. Grand accès à la plage par la porte arrière. Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. La salle à manger est bonne avec beaucoup de choix, et je vous aime que vous puissiez manger dehors.
