We Hotels

This hotel is in a great location, just off the main square by a block or two. The room was extremely clean as was the bathroom. That's all the good stuff. Sadly, the mattress was like a rock, there was never any hot water in my shower and the hotel was noisy. My air con fan served as white noise, but not only was there tons of banging noise and echo-y conversations from inside the hotel, there was an insane amount of construction going on all day long. I cannot recommend this property unless it is your last choice. I ordered the room with the patio with hot tub. Unfortunately, (and this is not the fault of the hotel) the extremely close construction brought me eye to eye with construction workers and I wasn't comfortable using the hot tub.

Excellent hotel! Fantastic rates, super accommodating staff. Allowed me to check in early. Allowed me to use the roof top pool and shower after checkout as I had a late flight in afternoon. Room was extremely clean. Bed was super comfortable. The rooftop pool and lounge is small but stunning views! Super close to everything in Puerto Morelos Would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again. You can't beat it!

Bianca who seems to live at the hotel is amazing! She really saved us when our Airbnb turned out to be a nightmare. It was NYE after all but she was able to accommodate us with a lovely king suite with a private balcony. Everything was very clean and updated. They also have a beautiful rooftop deck with an infinity pool with the most gorgeous ocean views. They are also affiliated with the restaurant next door so in the evenings you can make a reservation to have dinner on the rooftop which is really cool. Very close to all of the restaurants/cafes and grocery store. If you want to be within steps if the beach this may not be the place for you but Puerto Morales is very small and it’s only a 5 minute walk to the beach. I highly recommend this hotel and wish that Bianca was there at checkout so that we could have thanked her again! She’s so friendly and helpful. This is an amazing find for us as we visit Puerto Morelos frequently.

Great location, few min walking from the main square, supermarket and beach. In front you have a good bakery and plenty of good restaurants. The hotel has a nice and big rooftop pool overview of the sea and there are sunbeds. The rooftop is shared with an italian restaurant but because they're closed mid week and every morning I had the place just for my self and in the evening I had a good margarita. The room was big, modern and clean. Staff very helpful and ready to help. the room was very hot even with the aircon. I would suggest to change to a more soft sheets and not have the plastic mattress cover because it makes sleeping even more sweaty.

We booked a two week stay but our flights were delayed by 24 hours. ******* were able to provide a refund for the unused transfer but the hotel refused to refund our unused night's accommodation. Separately, we had to complain at the restaurant downstairs about our burned pizza.
