Welcome to our home away from home, where you'll be just steps from the sand and great surfing! We are truly a beach front building with our own private access to the beach. Our spacious two-bedroom, two bathroom unit is ready to provide you with a home base at the beach. We have 4 beach chairs and an umbrella for your use. Our small 12-unit complex is located just a few minutes walk from local restaurants, fishing trips, whale watching tours, and surfing lessons. There is a surf school right outside our beach gate.Each of our two bedrooms has a king size bed with a 5" gel memory foam topper for extra comfort. Each room has an air conditioner controlled by a remote, as well as ceiling fans throughout to keep you nice and cool on those hot days. We have a collection of books, puzzles, and games and the perfect living room table for puzzle assembly!Our private patio opens to the pool and our new hot tub. Our fully equipped kitchen will meet your needs including dinnerware, silverware, stemware, and cookware. If you like to grill out, please enjoy the outdoor kitchen by the pool, which is complete with a bar area, small refrigerator, and a gas grill. Palapa Lulu is a charming studio on the 3rd level of our boutique triplex, Casa Bahía.A fully gated and secure property within a block to stores, restaurants, fresh seafood, and three blocks from the bus stop which will take you north to Sayulita- San Pancho and south to Puerto Vallarta and the towns in between. This studio is unique in that is has been built with a traditional palm thatched roof called a palapa. It is well equipped for up three guests and has everything you will need for a comfortable stay- new pillow top mattresses with cotton linens, kitchenette including coffee maker, purified water, small fridge, electric stove, toaster oven and complimentary margarita bar. There is a private bathroom and shower equipped with on-demand hot water. The floors are all tiled and floor fans are provided which keep the space fresh and cool (please note there is no air conditioning). The sundeck which encompasses the other half of the studio is perfect for lounging in the hammock, enjoying some yoga, coffee time or al fresco dining in the evening. There is fiber optic WiFi and mesh boosters throughout the whole property which have been proven to be very reliable. The studio is also equipped with laptop friendly table and chairs for working online.Our guests now have exclusive day-pass access to the beachfront pool at Hotel Mesón de Mita, a 5 minute walk from the casa!
