« 房間還可以蠻大的，因為我們剛入住，看到服務員給我們換的床單，沒有注意，因為我們衹住2天，到了第二天我才看到床單上有血漬，頓時覺得噁心，睡意全無，還有電梯和地面有高低，我們差點摔跤，還有房間是靠馬路的，晚上1，2點鐘還有汽車喇叭的叫聲，根本沒法入睡，進門的大廳比較暗，服務員還是比較客氣的，有問必答，總之感覺不是很舒服，下次也不會再入住這家酒店了。 »

« L'emplacement est idéal, en face de la gare de Putian, à quelques pas. L'hôtel est récent et le quartier est encore en travaux. Cela reste acceptable pour une nuit.
Les équipements de la chambre étaient moyens. L'agencement est ouvert, ce qui signifie que le lavabo et la chambre se font face. C'est très gênant pour deux personnes et cela risque de déranger les autres. De plus, malgré l'insonorisation, celle-ci est inefficace. On m'a attribué une chambre communicante, séparée d'une autre par une porte, et j'entendais clairement quelqu'un tousser. J'avais expressément demandé une chambre calme avant mon arrivée, mais elle était très bruyante une fois endormie. J'ai également remarqué un trou au plafond.
Le petit-déjeuner était très basique, loin d'être aussi bon que ce que les avis laissaient entendre. Cela est probablement dû au faible taux d'occupation. Le choix était limité et une seule personne s'occupait du stand de nouilles. Vu le faible taux d'occupation, pourquoi m'avoir donné une chambre bruyante ? Je ne comprends pas. »

« This newly opened hotel boasts striking architectural design features. I’m particularly fond of its Chinese-style decor, which reminds me so much of the traditional Chinese architecture I saw during my trip to Beijing.
I’d also like to express my sincere gratitude to Ms. Amn Chan at the front desk. She was extremely kind and helpful in assisting me to locate my lost suitcase.
In a foreign land where we struggled with language barriers, encountering such a professional, linguistically compatible staff member at Crowne Plaza Putian was truly a precious and heartwarming experience. May God bless her with a long and happy life—this I’m certain of. »
