Paradise Club Shoni Bay

Je ne recommande pas. Très mauvais service et personnel peu professionnel. Manque de nourriture et de boissons et les moustiques sont partout. La climatisation au bar et à la réception ne fonctionne pas. Seul le service en chambre était bon et propre..................................

The animation team at Shoni Bay brought so much joy to our vacation! They were fun, energetic, and created a great atmosphere every day. A huge thank you goes to Roberta, who cared for our children with incredible kindness and enthusiasm. She made them feel safe, happy, and excited to join every activity. Her connection with kids is truly special, and she made a big difference in our stay. Thanks to her, our kids had a fantastic time, and we could fully relax. Best hotel ever…not only if you are searching for a good beach placement to the realtion with sea but also due to very comprehensive animation program serving to shoni bay guests the Rich and various types of entertaintment throughout the whole day. My tip is go spent peaceful evening with the best yoga sessions provided by Mellisa. I miss these every day now when im back home.

the structure itself leaves something to be desired, a complex from the 2000s could be taken over to be able to modernize it, problems with hot water from late evening to early morning, the village itself is saved thanks to the people who work there. Sayda is very professional and has taken steps to resolve all the problems that the structure had created for us in the most timely manner possible. in short, director, you are very nice and easy-going but it is time to modernize this building

Hruza a des … prijezd byl v poradku , pokoje docela v pohode .. jidlo .. No jste v Egypte co by jste chteli .. Misto je krasny ale nikam se moc chodit neda .. personal az na managera je v pohode . Za nic si nepriplacejte v tomto hotelu !! Nestoji to za to !! My jsme si napriklad zaplatili ,,stedrovecerni veceri “ za 40€/osoba … hnus a des(prikladam foto) .. na dotaz zda bude v menu neco bez ryb ,bylo odpovedeno ze ano ale bohuzel , stejk tvrdy jako podrazka a kureci maso divne barevne ,o velikosti radsi nemluvim .. to mne teda nepotesilo .. plus to byl predposledni chod hned po mini krevete se svickou v rajceti ,rybi polevce , smazene krevete a tastickach bez naplne .. pripitek byl dzus bananovo-jahodovy ktery si mohl brat kazdy … o sumive vino na pripitek jsme si museli rict a dokonce i zaplatit .. hruza .. a po konfrontaci s manazerem ,ktery nemluvil anglicky bylo tezke domluvit nejakou slevu. Ale po 30 min dohadovani nam bylo neco strzeno z uctu ale sem uz nikdy vice .. nejake male pozitiva to ma ,pokud jste nenarocni tak tu pobyt vklidu zvladnete . Sad sad vacation … arrival was fine, rooms quite ok .. food .. Well you are in Egypt what type of food would you want .. The place is beautiful but you can't walk anywhere much .. the staff except the manager is ok . Don't pay for anything in this hotel!! Not worth it!! For example, we paid for a "Christmas dinner" for €40/person... disgust and horror (I attach a photo) .. when asked if there would be anything on the menu without fish, the answer was yes but unfortunately, the steak was as tough as a shoe and the chicken meat was a strange color, I prefer not to talk about the size .. so I was not happy .. plus it was the penultimate course right after mini shrimp with candle in tomato, fish soup, fried shrimp and tastickach without filling .. the toast was banana-strawberry juice that everyone could take ... we had to discuss and even pay for the suspicious wine for the toast .. horror .. and after confronting the manager who did not speak English it was difficult to arrange any discount. But after 30 minutes of arguing, something was deducted from our account, but I'll never come here again.. It has some small positives, if you're not demanding, you'll be able to handle your stay here
