Paradise Club Shoni Bay

Je ne recommande pas. Très mauvais service et personnel peu professionnel. Manque de nourriture et de boissons et les moustiques sont partout. La climatisation au bar et à la réception ne fonctionne pas. Seul le service en chambre était bon et propre..................................

I was stay in this resort last week, it was a wonderful holiday. The strong point of the structure are the people who work there. Everyone very kind and helpful, thank you all. Thanks to all the restaurant staff, especially to mr Ramadan for your work, you respectable man. Thanks to all Orca staff, Reda, Shark, Amir , you are the best! Thanks to Mustafa, your safari is a unique and magical experience. Highly recommende holiday for beautiful people who work in the resort.

Hruza a des … prijezd byl v poradku , pokoje docela v pohode .. jidlo .. No jste v Egypte co by jste chteli .. Misto je krasny ale nikam se moc chodit neda .. personal az na managera je v pohode . Za nic si nepriplacejte v tomto hotelu !! Nestoji to za to !! My jsme si napriklad zaplatili ,,stedrovecerni veceri “ za 40€/osoba … hnus a des(prikladam foto) .. na dotaz zda bude v menu neco bez ryb ,bylo odpovedeno ze ano ale bohuzel , stejk tvrdy jako podrazka a kureci maso divne barevne ,o velikosti radsi nemluvim .. to mne teda nepotesilo .. plus to byl predposledni chod hned po mini krevete se svickou v rajceti ,rybi polevce , smazene krevete a tastickach bez naplne .. pripitek byl dzus bananovo-jahodovy ktery si mohl brat kazdy … o sumive vino na pripitek jsme si museli rict a dokonce i zaplatit .. hruza .. a po konfrontaci s manazerem ,ktery nemluvil anglicky bylo tezke domluvit nejakou slevu. Ale po 30 min dohadovani nam bylo neco strzeno z uctu ale sem uz nikdy vice .. nejake male pozitiva to ma ,pokud jste nenarocni tak tu pobyt vklidu zvladnete . Sad sad vacation … arrival was fine, rooms quite ok .. food .. Well you are in Egypt what type of food would you want .. The place is beautiful but you can't walk anywhere much .. the staff except the manager is ok . Don't pay for anything in this hotel!! Not worth it!! For example, we paid for a "Christmas dinner" for €40/person... disgust and horror (I attach a photo) .. when asked if there would be anything on the menu without fish, the answer was yes but unfortunately, the steak was as tough as a shoe and the chicken meat was a strange color, I prefer not to talk about the size .. so I was not happy .. plus it was the penultimate course right after mini shrimp with candle in tomato, fish soup, fried shrimp and tastickach without filling .. the toast was banana-strawberry juice that everyone could take ... we had to discuss and even pay for the suspicious wine for the toast .. horror .. and after confronting the manager who did not speak English it was difficult to arrange any discount. But after 30 minutes of arguing, something was deducted from our account, but I'll never come here again.. It has some small positives, if you're not demanding, you'll be able to handle your stay here

practically built hotel, which covers the beach from the wind. It is worth paying extra for better rooms. Very beautiful coral reef with a gradual entry into the water. Food and drinks average, fish were not good. Diving school is very cool.

A beautiful holiday in a cheaper hotel. Food good but little choice. There is no ice cream and the drink menu is very limited. Some rooms, like ours, do not have a balcony or terrace, the sea view is great. Beautiful bay and excellent location. Very good dive center.

Stay 20-30.9.2024 The bay and the snorkel are wonderful! Probably the most beautiful coral I've seen in MA so far, Marsa Muburak or Abu Dabbab, so nice namaj. But be careful, the coral is nice only a little further from the beach, it's not like in Utopia, where you reach the bottom and you can already see it. You have to swim about 150m from the beach, it's the nicest there. Older hotel ok, we are used to that in Egypt. Rooms old, spacious, quite nice. Except for the shortcomings I describe. I think the building with the reception must have been beautiful 20 years ago. I liked it even now, upon arrival it looked like a small old station. Unfortunately, such a dirty, dingy station. The hotel is small, everything is a short distance away, even the furthest chalets are a four-minute standard walk from the dining room and reception. The services are a tragedy, really the weakest we have experienced in Egypt out of thirteen visits. Rooms Rooms spacious, old, lots of imperfections, missing silicone at the shower corner, so water all over the bathroom when showering. We didn't have hot water for ten whole days, which we didn't mind at all in the heat. Food and drink The food was tasty, but very poor selection and mostly the same selection for the whole ten days. The breakfasts were the worst. As for the dining room, one big bummer. Absolutely chaotic staff running around. Forever missing dishes, even food. Supplementing the food took place in such a way that they supplemented, for example, 6 eggs or 4 spreadable cheeses. There was a lorna with soup in the dining room on the beach, but there were no bowls, when I asked that there was no bowl, he ran to wash one bowl for me and other guests were looking for them again. The coffee machine was very dirty, it didn't look good at all, mugs were still missing, there were no glasses for the postmixes...etc. Tragedy pool bar. Very limited selection. he poured beer on a ration into 1.5 dcl cups, made of the softest plastic, where half was foam, half beer, he poured six cups from one bottle and still had a third of the beer left. They made soluble nescafe coffee, for an extra charge of 2 euros I had capsule nespresso. Not a proper coffee maker, the cheapest capsule machine, but at least something. Pools both dirty, we didn't use them. Otherwise, we didn't get any rash or diarrhea. I evaluated the food and drink, that's a chapter for itself. The cleaning went quite well. For the past three days, the cleaner has been waking us up before 8 a.m. to say he was going to clean. Dinner was supposed to be until 10 p.m., during the Arab evening, which took place outside, they packed everything up at 9 p.m., took the tablecloths from under our hands and said finish.
