Nothing to complain about except that, on the day of our check out, we confirmed that the check out time is 2 pm before we went out to the museum, but when we came back before 1 pm to get our luggage and check out, we found we had been blocked access to the room to get our luggage. We had to go back to the front desk to reactivate our room key, leaving us the feeling that they can't wait to kick us out. We have never felt so bad in accommodations in our years of travel!
