Beyond convenient location (right at May 4th Square) - metro stop right outside, large Mixc mall a short walk down the street, and the ocean just on the other side. We had a clean and large room with a great shower, and it also included a washing machine which is super convenient for travelers planning to stay there for a while. There's a 7/11 next to the lobby, so you can easily grab snacks or anything you might need for your trip. Overall, this is an excellent and affordable option when visiting Qingdao that I definitely recommend.

The hotel staff has been helpful in ensuring our stay is comfortable. They provided much help when we were booking tours using WeChat especially when we don't have a local number. For staff bought on Tao Bao, we are also able to deliver to our hotel to safe guard. Staff also recommended places to go and eat.

Location is close to Train station. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Breakfast food is not hot enough.

I recently stayed at Housing International Hotel in Qingdao and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city's attractions and enjoy the beautiful seaside views. The staff were extremely courteous and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. Overall, Housing International Hotel exceeded my expectations. It provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Qingdao.

This is an extension to my first night stay. That says for itself. Great room. On second night stay, I then realise my room have windows that open up to structures. So the top floor rooms are definitely not for those who want a hotel with view.

위치가 좋다는건 미리 알고있었는데 진짜 좋더라구요 👍 근데 나가는 입구(호텔에서 밖x, 호텔앞에서 도로로ㅇ)가 하나뿐인게 쬐끔 아쉽지만 .. 글고 택시 잡기가 조금 어려워요 위치가 !! 지하철로는 완전 짱 . 글고 이 블루 앤 그린 룸은 후기가 없어서 조금 걱정했는데 적혀있는 평수답게 엄청 넓어서 조았어욤 !! 뷰 위치는 조은거 같았는데 건물 구조물이 ㅣㅣㅣ 이런식으로 있어서 안보임 ㅜ 글구 싱기한게 ... 32층이후로는 이상한 유럽에잇을법한 엘베 타고 올라가는데 금방이라도 떨어질거같앗음... 처음탈때 너무 무서웟습니다 ,,,, 암튼 위치랑 가격 보면 완전 ㄱㅊ은듯 ~ 비록 전 맥주축제 기간이라 평소보다 배로 내고 잣지만 ... 조은거같아요 아 그리고 수압이 약하다고 생각했는데 같이 간 친구는 적당하다고 했습니다 ! 빔프로젝트도 있어서 ott보면 딱일텐데 여긴 중국. 이니까 불가능 ^^ 암튼 뭐먹을때 쇼파에서도 먹구 ~ 공간 넓어서 너무 조앗어욤
