酒店是在一幢商務寫字樓的19層，酒店環境還可以，房間比較大，設施一般，衹是早餐到9點之前就結束了，睡晚點就沒早飯吃。出去吃了早飯帶孩子們剛到海邊浴場玩水，大概十點半左右，老闆打來電話説我們的房間已經被別的客人給訂走了，要把我們的物品都整理出去，真是無語了，萬一我們有貴重物品丟失了你老闆是否要賠償給我們？而且我們還是要續住一天，本來打算中午的時候再續費，卻被老闆告之要求把我們的物品搬出房間，也沒有在我們入住前告之我們需要續住或不住的酒店規則並説他沒有義務告之，不過看在老闆人還可以，這麼熱的天我們還是從海邊浴場趕回來整理好行禮搬到別的地方住。住了這麼多年的酒店，還真是第一次碰見這樣奇葩的事，生意好也不能以此做為理由來驅趕顧客。
