Huge spacious very clean high-tech room, polite staff, good service. The hotel felt like it was totally new and it was the biggest room I stayed for a cheap price during my stay in Qingdao. If you need a place around West Qingdao station, this is your hotel to go.

IInvitéC'était mon premier séjour au Shangri-La et je peux dire que j'y retournerai avec plaisir. Dès votre arrivée à l’hôtel, vous êtes accueilli par un service exceptionnel. Le personnel est gentil, serviable et leur professionnalisme n'a pas faibli à aucun moment de mon séjour. Chaque membre du personnel était incroyablement gentil et serviable. Le bâtiment de l'hôtel lui-même est bien construit et entretenu. Je crois qu'il a été construit en 1997 et rénové en 2007. Cependant, je n'ai remarqué aucun problème d'entretien dans le hall de l'hôtel, dans ma chambre, dans les couloirs, dans les espaces publics ou dans le spa.
L'emplacement est à environ 7 minutes à pied de l'océan et de la place du 4 mai. L'hôtel est situé juste à côté du centre commercial MixC, un très grand centre commercial proposant de nombreuses possibilités de shopping pour hommes, femmes et enfants. et un grand nombre de restaurants si vous avez faim. Il existe de nombreuses activités à faire dans la région, de la vie nocturne aux croisières locales pour la famille, en passant par de nombreux parcs à explorer.
Les seuls inconvénients que j'ai trouvés étaient que le petit-déjeuner du matin était conforme à la qualité de la restauration rapide, ou à quelque chose que je trouverais chez Starbucks. De plus, si vous préférez que votre chambre soit très froide, cela peut s'avérer difficile, car ma climatisation était à 18°C. mais je me suis réveillé au milieu de la nuit avec une légère sueur si j'avais la couverture sur moi.
En plus de cela, mon enregistrement a été fluide et facile. Il est important de savoir que vous devrez peut-être payer une caution de 500 RMB par nuit, ce dont je n'étais pas au courant avant mon enregistrement. L'hôtel accepte également de nombreuses cartes de crédit internationales telles que VISA, MasterCard, American Express et Diners Club International, qui sont génial, c'est que vous rencontrez parfois des difficultés avec WeChat ou Alipay.
Comme indiqué précédemment, j'ai été très satisfait de mon séjour et j'y retournerai dès que possible.

JJiujiedexiaoshiziJ'ai voyagé pour éviter la période de pointe avant les vacances du 1er mai. L'hôtel est très bien situé. La ligne 2/3 se trouve juste sous le bâtiment, ce qui permet de se rendre très facilement à diverses attractions. Le jour de l'enregistrement, Xiao Zheng de l'hôtel nous a contactés à l'avance concernant l'heure d'enregistrement, a préparé la chambre et nous a offert un cadeau de bienvenue attentionné. Le service client de l'hôtel a également réagi rapidement. Je choisirai à nouveau Westin la prochaine fois que je voyagerai.

IInvitéI enjoyed this stay very much, as it was in the heart of Licun, Qingdao, which I did not know very well. A lot to see in the area and easy access to the metro system. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good and the room was very comfortable. The water pressure was poor but did not matter much. I would definitely recommend this to others as an inexpensive stay option.

Расположение вполне комфортное: да, до остановок общественного транспорта нужно идти 5-10минут, до станции метро минут 10-15. Улица спокойная, местные магазинчики в основном, тк находится отель в жилом районе.
В номере чисто, светло, уютно. Вместо полотенец - одноразовые полотенца, вода, тапочки. Кровати очень удобные, белоснежное постельное белье.
Из минусов - слабый интернет, запах из раковины специфический. Проветривала.
Отель очень понравился, персонал - приятный. За эти деньги отель просто подарок.

RRE_cyclingWe had an apartment on the 3rd floor. There was some dirt left in the bathroom, the drain was partly clogged by hairs which you dont immediately see, because it is under a cover. Inside the apartment there are stairs leading to a second level but upstairs there is nothing except for an additional bed and no windows.
