I am a family traveller with 2 young kids. Stayed for 4d3n in the Family room. Overall the room cleanliness is good and sound proof insulation as good as well. The bed is comfortable and have a small sitting area for the kids to rest.
Amenities in room can be further improved eg.the are no basic cutleries for making drinks, toilet bowl doesn't have bidet and water pipe for kids and lack of a simple wardrobe place.
The breakfast was good even though the selection of choices are not a lot.
Plus point is the guest laundry which is very convenient for travellers which staying longer duration.
However, the lobby and public area air cleanliness needs to be improved as during weekdays, the smoking smell is quite strong which is very uncomfortable for guest who doesn't smoke and with kids.
Location wise a bit lack as there are not much shops around. Probably why there are more business traveller here.
If the above is further improved, everything will be perfect.

去清遠長隆臨時選的酒店，開過去長隆半小時，3公裡外也有一家全季，周邊比較荒，非常安靜，酒店配套還可以，地面有快充，地下有慢充，旁邊有家無人超市
全季會員過期了，直接用某程下單，用上積分，大概260一晚，LG的3洗3烘，也非常方便
自助早餐品種也可以，小籠包雲吞餃子水果，連香煎菠蘿糕都有

酒店很新，房間乾淨整潔，剛住過無印良品酒店，全季更有性價比，價格差了5倍，入住體驗卻更好，樓下停車方便，早餐也還可以，離店店員還贈送了新年禮物，小朋友很開心，總體來説很不錯，價格太親民了，家人都覺得值！

非常滿意這次的入住！特別是和前幾天佛山的jt酒店一對比，真的是各方面碾壓了！最主要的是衞生乾淨！工作人員響應速度快，恰逢3號降温，問酒店多要了一床被子，馬上就拿過來了，沒有多餘的亂七八糟的藉口。附近吃的也很多，天橋底，水南，花花姨等等，離順盈商場也不遠。還有我這次租車是租了電車，充電也很方便，地面的是快充，地下的是慢充，我是晚上吃好晚飯20點以後回到酒店充電的，才0.79元（快充）一度電，好像凌晨12點衹有0.44元（快充）一度電，很便宜了。下次來還會住！

帶家人一起去廣東旅遊，路過清遠選擇了這家酒店，婆婆有潔癖，但是她説這家酒店很乾凈 服務也是不錯的。我有一件衣服落在酒店了，酒店人員很親切 找到後立馬幫我把衣服寄回來了，算是住的比較舒服的，早餐也很不錯👍👍五星好評（點評的時候才發現沒有拍酒店環境圖，手機裏衹有兩張酒店門口的😂😂）

第一次來清遠非常滿意的住宿體驗，全季一如既往品質穩定，可以盲選。這次訂了家庭房，房間夠大，乾淨整潔。早餐種類豐富，味道可口。服務人員態度都很好。車位充足，自駕很方便。下次還選這家全季！

快晚上8點才到酒店，竟然還要等待，說是房間仍未清潔好；預訂時寫的＂高層無煙安靜＂，結果却給了這房型最低層，一晚上隱隱約約聽到馬路上的車聲；一進房一股廁所反逆的臭味，地毯上全是紙屑沒清；根本沒打掃好就交房

很乾凈的房間，也很大，前台服務熱情，門口車位充足，早餐也挺豐富的，大人小孩都可以吃的很好，房間給備了很多瓶水，一點兒也不小氣，推薦入住
