IInvitéWhat an amazing place with amazing staff who made the experience that much better. The rooms were everything we could ask for, modern and very clean with great amenities. The private hot spring alone is absolutely worth visiting too. The surrounding area is beautiful too with lots to see and do but would definitely need to rent a car as some things are far away. The staff were incredible in every way. Before our stay I asked one of the staff members called Min if she could order flowers for a special occasion and she did so without hesitation and placed them in the room upon our arrival.She was so helpful and kind throughout the whole stay, telling us the best places to visit and restaurant to go out. She even went as far as helping us order dinner at the local restaurant when we were struggling too due to our lack of speaking Chinese. The breakfast was also delicious as well and the coffee shop where it is served has great coffee and lovely pastries. I couldn’t recommend this place more for a nice weekend away in nature.

TTianavintageThe hotel view is absolutely stunning — it feels like you're in Guilin, surrounded by beautiful mountains. I booked the Lan Shan room with a private pool. The pool was moderately clean and quite small — perfect for taking photos and relaxing, but not ideal for serious swimming.
A heads-up for female guests: during my stay, we felt a bit uncomfortable when a drone flew overhead while we were using the pool. Although the hotel clearly prohibits drones (all guests are required to sign an agreement), there happened to be a cycling event nearby, and we weren’t sure who the drone belonged to. If you're planning to wear a bikini or swimwear, just be extra mindful and occasionally check your surroundings for privacy, as it might affect your comfort.
The room itself was very spacious, though the cleanliness could be better. However, the service was outstanding — the staff made sure we had everything we needed and were always attentive. We enjoyed the in-room breakfast, which was very convenient. The hotel also offered complimentary afternoon tea and a free photo shoot. While the cheesecake could have tasted better, the photographer was friendly and made the experience fun.
Overall, it’s a peaceful and relaxing getaway with stunning scenery and great service — just be cautious around the pool area if you’re concerned about privacy.

LlwkengI am a family traveller with 2 young kids. Stayed for 4d3n in the Family room. Overall the room cleanliness is good and sound proof insulation as good as well. The bed is comfortable and have a small sitting area for the kids to rest.
Amenities in room can be further improved eg.the are no basic cutleries for making drinks, toilet bowl doesn't have bidet and water pipe for kids and lack of a simple wardrobe place.
The breakfast was good even though the selection of choices are not a lot.
Plus point is the guest laundry which is very convenient for travellers which staying longer duration.
However, the lobby and public area air cleanliness needs to be improved as during weekdays, the smoking smell is quite strong which is very uncomfortable for guest who doesn't smoke and with kids.
Location wise a bit lack as there are not much shops around. Probably why there are more business traveller here.
If the above is further improved, everything will be perfect.

VVinson1110During a recent stay with my family at a hotel that had its share of both merits and drawbacks, we found several aspects worthy of note.
The location proved to be quite convenient, situated 15 minutes by car from the nearest train station, 清遠站, and with a variety of popular restaurants and supermarkets merely 10 minutes away. Additionally, it takes around 30 minutes to reach 劍潭站 and 古龍峽, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The ease of hailing taxis and the availability of food delivery further enhance the overall convenience of this establishment.
The cost of accommodation is particularly appealing, priced at around HKD 170 per room per night for three guests, which is quite economical in the current market. The room itself was neat, tidy, and clean, though I did notice some dirt along the edges of the floor. It would also be wise for guests to bring their own towels, as the amenities provided are basic and do not include a refrigerator, limiting options for storing beverages.
For members of the hotel, a complimentary breakfast is offered for one person; however, it is advisable to manage expectations, as the breakfast selection is rather simple.
On a positive note, the hotel staff were generally friendly and accommodating, displaying a willingness to meet various requests, such as providing extra bottles of water and additional duvets—services that are not commonly found in more budget-oriented establishments.
In conclusion, while the hotel has its drawbacks, particularly regarding room amenities and breakfast options, its strategic location, affordability, and the helpfulness of the staff make it a reasonable choice for families seeking a convenient stay.

Excellent variety buffet breakfast & service from staff.

HhealthL'emplacement de l'hôtel est bon, le stationnement est pratique, il y a suffisamment de places de parking en surface et en sous-sol et il y a des fermes à proximité de l'hôtel où vous pouvez manger du poulet rôti, etc. La chambre est propre et hygiénique, mais l'eau chaude et froide de la salle de douche est instable, parfois froide et parfois chaude. L'eau chaude devient soudainement très chaude pendant la douche. Cela doit être amélioré.

IInvitéThe room was small and it had obviously been smoked in, in the past. But it was good enough for what I needed. The price I got the room for was very good in my mind. The staff don't know English, but they are helpful and willing to try to get things worked out. I will say that the room had numerous potential ”OCD Triggers.” Like the light switches that couldn't be adjusted so they all pointed the same way or the useless doorstop.
If you step out of the hotel and turn left, there is a nice restaurant on the corner that the hotel recommended to me. If you are looking for vegetarian options, simply continue in that direction for a few blocks and look for a small restaurant that advertises healthy options. So I can say that the location is near some good food options. Also, if you continue in that direction you will find a lovely park next to the river. It is a great place to take a walk.
