She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made me feel right at home. 一個讓人驚喜的地方，因為我需要提前入住但酒店在前一晚已經滿房的情況下給安排了一個複式房，面積很大，裝修和硬件都很在線，位置是相當好，門口出來各種美食，走幾步就到開元寺西門，左手邊是個開元盛世的綜合體，小白門口即可乘坐,而且酒店內帶有一個品質蠻高的麪包店，和一個非常大的書店，適合幾歲到十幾歲的孩子，店內的公區環境也很好，有點蚊子，還有需要提升的服務意識，服務方面我認為是整體培訓還未完善，因為我碰到兩個班，可能三個班的前台，但服務意識差別有點大，表揚最後退房的時候的前台，非常誠懇的解決問題，整體來説，很不錯值得推薦，下次去這家酒店也肯定是首選！
