The counter staffs were not well trained to brief us the basic connection of room wifi to our phones . You are required to turn on the tv to connect to the wifi every time you come back from outside . It’s frustrating and not helping … the entertainment is minimal as the content free for watching is very little . The location is very good as it’s near a few temples and u need to walk up to 15 mins to reach 西街 和开元庙。
The shower area is terribly designed and water and splashed out of the shower area into the toilet bowl area . Secondly the water keep oozing out of the shower area as well .

Room was clean and location was ok. walking distance to many tourist attraction places.
Only complaints are the mouldy odour and cigarettes smells. The window is artificial window without any view even though we booked a room with view.

Booked 2 suites rooms for my family in 1 booking but was given 2 rooms at different level. Each level is only accessible by room card which made it rather in convenient for us. Would give service full mark if Staff take finer details into consideration when allocating the rooms rather than just brush it off. Breakfast was pretty good and room is quite new.

Very convenient location. In the old town neighbourhood and near lots of sightseeing places reachable by foot. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming too.

Near the amenities, clean and spacious room with windows. The front desk service was good.

The front desk helped me order dinner online as my mobile is overseas number and cannot be used.
I could not pay online. The hotel staff had to change cny 100 bill into small notes to facilitate payment.
Such service impressed me
Room is buf. Shower is awesome with strong water pressure.
I will stay again in my next visit.
