Stayed 3 nights and overall a very positive experience, thanks to its fantastic amenities. After long days spent exploring the stunning surrounding landscapes, the private hot tub is an absolute highlight. Soaking in the warm water was incredibly relaxing and a perfect way to unwind tired muscles.

Amazing stay; accessible and really on the lakeside. Plenty of food options within 5 min walk. Will stay again! Complimentary spa is great.

Excellent overall experience in New Zealand Stay! We had booked a few hotel stays in NZ. It was our favorite one. Excellent staff service for checking you in and arranging tours! They had given us a free upgrade to Mountain View. Self laundry for Washing and dying available. The location is very convenient. What we love the most is their comfort beds! We slept well with it. Can you message me in private what mattress you are using?

the location of the hotel was great as it is very close to the town center, only 5 mins walk from the famous Fregburger

Perfect location with nice service. The Queenstown garden is just beside the hotel.

Breakfast is gorgeous. Location is great. Just bad luck that the lift is under maintenance or would prefer a higher floor room.

The hotel is very well located right in the center of Queenstown and a stone's throw from the lake, and short walk to all essentials. Service was pleasant but they can do better with the billing and the taxi service. Facility was clean, certainly not new but OK for a holiday. Buffet breakfast was great with lots of choices, and the barista coffee was excellent. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was also quite good too, but you're spoiled for choice as a foodie in Queenstown!

酒店位置絕佳：就在湖邊，早上餐廳吃自助餐抬頭就是一片湖水；距離超市、餐廳也是步行5分鐘；身處鬧市卻無車馬喧，晚上睡覺很安靜。酒店設施也不錯，有自助的洗衣房（投硬幣，前台可換，一缸買粉連洗帶幹14紐幣），有健身房（不過你身處皇后鎮還在酒店健什麼身啊，外面到處都是運動類項目可以體驗）。攜程有含早的套餐，小孩免費，還挺友好的。除了小貴，沒有缺點，強烈推薦。

酒店位置特別好，步行5分鐘到湖畔，湖畔上面還有一個小公園，早晨起來溜達一圈特別舒服。步行去skyline也很近。酒店的早餐也還不錯
