Hotel Villa Prats

1 minute walk to the park 2 minute walk to the beach. Hotel is small but clean. Pool area is very nice. Communal kitchen is wonderful. Inner courtyard is sweet. Great AC and shower. Could not be happier here. It's a treat to wake up to the sound of howler monkeys

if you are going to Manuel Antonio National Park and want a convenient location, this is the place to stay. It took me approximately 60 seconds to walk from my hotel to the entrance of the park. In addition, the hotel will give you a breakfast pass for the restaurant next door and the breakfast was absolutely fabulous. The owner of the hotel is very nice and very accommodating and he makes sure that your needs are met. I had some dirty clothes that he offered to wash and took care of it in about 2 hours and then delivered them to me. The room is comfortable and includes a refrigerator. My only problem with my stay was the narrow driveway in front of the hotel where I had to park. There's not a lot of room and unfortunately, a big gas truck dinged the bumper of my parked car as it was passing by. If you have a car just make sure to park in a way that minimizes your chances of getting hit. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend Villa Prats.
