Avis : Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria, an IHG Hotel

Everything is good, including the room, breakfast, in room dining, service etc, the only problem is the water is not hot enough for taking a bath.

I booked Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria because it was the venue for our event, and it turned out to be a great choice. The room was really spacious—enough to fit up to four people comfortably. I loved the city view from the room, but what stood out the most was how worth it their buffet was—super sulit! The location is also very convenient since it’s connected to Robinsons Galleria, which made everything accessible. The internet connection was fast, and the staff were very accommodating. Overall, it was a great stay!

This was my second or third time staying at this hotel. I chose this location because it's attached to the Robinson's mall. I can easily find food at night, and wander around in case I get bored during my free time. It's also walking distance to the SM mall, although you might have to walk through some smaller streets. You can pretty much walk around the hotel as well. The room is clean. Love the big bed. Aircond is very cold. Bathroom lighting is perfect. The only thing I did not like was the shower area. Water spills easily onto the toilet/ sink area. Love the breakfast place and selections too. I have never used the pool before, but the gym is basically Anytime Fitness, which you can access as hotel guests.

The rooms were lovely with a great view. It is located next to a shopping mall so that was good. The deposit refund does take a while though.

Was very upsetting upon arrival was told that the amenities like the pools was under construction and have been for awhile. Was looking forward to having a relaxing honeymoon by the pool with a drink or 2. The amenities is a very important part to the hotels I book and wasn’t told in advance but on the day of checkin. Ended up leaving early and booking another hotel with no refund. The staff was polite and patient

虽然第一晚有一些意外情况，但酒店的处理/response in a timely and appropriate way, so I will still consider Crowne Plaza for future business trip! Plus, the breakfast is pretty good!

The front desk staff who checked us in, Queenie, was super friendly, warm, and efficient. Everyone actually was very hospitable. We love staying here not only because of its prime location and amenities, but also because of the impeccable hospitality. We usually don’t encounter any issue, but during this stay, we were surprised by a cockroach in our room! It surely didn’t dampen our stay since we were checking out when we saw this, but hopefully we don’t see anything like this in the future.

Good location, hotel is clean and big . Staff is friendly will definitely stay again

The front desk personnel was very professional and friendly. She upgraded our room and provided our special requests. Upon check out, she asked if we enjoyed our stay and if the guest relations provided the complimentary slice of birthday cake for me.

I was given a room on level 10 which had a foul smell in its toilet. Residue was spotted behind the toilet bowl, likely that the connection was not tightly sealed. Requested for a change of room and was given a King Junior Suite, a handwritten apology and a plate of fruits. Breakfast buffet is limited and decent

Everything was great Renne at the check-in was pleasant and answered all of my concerns She has a nice smile and pleasant attitude Breakfast Buffet and the server James was very helpful Would highly recommend this hotel

We enjoyed our stay at Crowne Plaza. Service and food were exceptional 👌 They even upgraded us to single suite room. I would definitely be coming back ☺️
