My experience in this hotel is overall great. Staff are kind and accommodating. Hotel is clean and design is fine. Slippers, dental kit, bath soap, shampoo, drinking water are already included. In my room, there's only youtube, iflix and wetv and no cable tv. The ala carte breakfast was also good. Not that crowded during my stay. Overall, great experience 💯

Staff is very accommodating and kind, wifi connection is very strong, smart tv can connect to netflix, viu & youtube, aircon is full blast, yummy breakfast, and great location - lots of food choices and restaurants around the vicinity.

The staff are friendly and the room is clean. It was worth the price.

The ambiance of the hotel is very relaxing and very accomodating.. mahina lang talaga yung internet connection nila and kahit mag data is mahina pa din.. sana maimprove ng management.. i just want to commend miss jona from assisting us since nag inquire kami until check out namin inassist niya kami sa lahat ng needs namin..

I was referred to stay in Hive, and it didn't disappoint me. We had a great time and stay, all staffs are friendly and accommodating even if I had errands early in the morning there are available staffs to help. The room is clean, and the room service are very thoughtful in leaving some notes that they have already tidy my room. Thankful for the assistance of Alelie, Sean, Pat, Troy and Kevin. Will definitely go back and stay in Hive.

I am based in California and I work for one of the most prestigious universities in the US. I am writing to let the public know about a positive experience I just had with the Hive Hotel team. After watching a Noel Cabangon show at My Brother’s Mustache (lobby of Hive Hotel) on Sept 30, 2023, I inadvertently left my bag containing important documents, checkbooks, and cash. Just an hour after I left, I got a message from Hive Hotel saying that they have my bag and that I can claim it in the morning. I got back all my valuables inside my bag, no less. What a great example of true Filipino work ethics and character! More power to the Hive Hotel team!

I would like to thank Sean from the front desk for accommodating our walk-in booking. I want to thank also Alelie from the front desk also for her hospitable approach during check out. 1. The function hall on the 8th floor was suitable for accommodating up to 60 people provided to us on the first and last batch of our training. However, the function provided on the 2nd to 5th batch was insufficient for larger group activities. 2. The room is generally satisfactory, but there is room for improvement, especially with regards to the air conditioning which didn't provide sufficient cooling. 3. I want to commend the excellent service provided by Sir Ian, Sir Chan, Sir Marce, and Sir Leo from the F&B team during our training. Their proactive and accommodating approach was truly remarkable. 4. The front desk staff and the personnel responsible for providing complimentary amenities in each room were exceptionally kind and helpful in fulfilling our requests. 5. The quality of the food was good and met our expectations.
