Hotel Narcis - Maslinica Hotels & Resorts

We ( family of 4, 2 kids) spent a very enjoyable week at hotel Narcis. Narcis is part of the maslinica hotel complex, so all amenities are available to guests from all 3 hotels, which is great because a lot is available (including fitness, sauna, mini disco for kids). The hotel was very clean, and well staffed. Usually our room was even cleaned by the time we returned from breakfast! The rooms are very large and spacious with generous sized balconies and plenty of storage spaces for luggage and clothes. We were also pleasantly surprised to see a drying rack on the side of the balcony! The beds were comfortable and we slept well, including the kids which had a bed/ sofa. The food was really excellent. We had half board (breakfast and dinner) and didn’t need to buy lunch because we were still full but we usually bought some ice cream cones with the kids:)I enjoyed the grilled vegetables at breakfast (peppers and eggplant) as well as the huge selection of fresh seasonal fruits like melons, apricot and plums. The kids liked the waffles and pancake machine. We also also thought the filter coffee was very good!! (But we didn’t like the coffee from the machine, it was instant coffee). At dinner we especially enjoyed the chicken legs, spinach and risotto (thank you to the staff for working hard and cooking so well). Food was always brought out very quickly and it seemed like there was more than enough for everyone. We never experienced long queues at breakfast or dinner even though we went during the main tourist season. Thr location is excellent. The hotel is very close to the beach, and there are free lounge chairs ( white with a red M) guests can use. We enjoyed walking the promenade, checking out the other beaches and many activities like SUP, snorkeling, swimming, the floating obstacle course (wibit fitness park) and cliff diving from another beach about 3 km away, plus a pirate ship excursion . Overall the experience was very good and we would come again. The negatives are only 2: 1. The elevators are few and far between. Because of this we only used the elevators twice the entire trip: once to take the big suitcases up to our room and once to take them back down, even though we lived on the 5th floor. We are young and fit so we didn’t mind taking the stairs but if you have mobility issues or a baby stroller you may want to ask for a lower floor, or else you will spend a lot of time waiting for the elevator. Some guests told us they regularly had to wait over 10 minutes for the elevator. 2. The air conditioner was not very good. It blew slightly cooler air but our room was never “fresh”- maybe 23° or 24°. In the evening it seemed that the air quality decreased and it started smelling a bit stale. We slept with the big terrace door open instead of using air con at night, so it was ok. I think if there had been a heat wave it would have been much too hot in the room.

Rooms have clima but all guests have a problem with clima in room we have 29C, we have allinclusive. Lunch and diner always the same food. Some food fast out of stock… in the kichen chef don’t speak croation or english.. i don,t recommend it this hotel :(

I had the most fantastic holiday. First time as a solo traveller and went with Shearings. I couldn't fault anything about any aspect of my holiday. The hotel was spotless, the food was delicious and I made lots of friends with my other bus buddies. Would highly recommend. I will most certainly use Shearings again. Jim and Ash our tour guides where absolutely brilliant and made the holiday even more fun. The excursions to places like Pula and Porec were amazing too and included in the holiday! Perfect. Croatia is a stunning place and Rabac is a joy to visit with crystal clear water and lovely little shops and bars to visit as you walk around the harbour, I absolutely loved my stay here and would highly recommend. Thanks for a wonderful stay at Hotel Narcis. I must mention the lovely Katerina in the bar, her smile was warm and welcoming and the staff worked tirelessly to keep all the guests happy. Comfy bed and the best aircon EVER!!!!! Tip. Take a travel kettle. I wish I had. X

Unprofessional personnel at the reception and in the restaurant, cheap beds and accessories, cheap soft drinks, food ok, wellness great. The personnel almost kicked us out of the room cause it was their last day (we were in time!). The hotel market almost empty as if it was war.

We stayed here for one week and we really enjoyed everything. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Big rooms with balcony. Swimming pools and beach close to the hotel. I really want to recommend this hotel for families!

Wir waren im September als Familie in der Nachsaison in diesem Hotel. Nie wieder! Es wurde das Hotel mit Senioren großteils Ostdeutschland angefüllt. Wir fühlten uns wie in einem Seniorenheim. Das Buffet ist zwar gut, aber wenn dann die Senioren vor jeder Speise diskutieren, ob sie genommen wird oder man abgedrängt wird, weil man sich nur ein paar Pommes holt, ist meine GuteLaune schnell mal weg. Die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftigt, aber lieber das Hotel voll stopfen, statt ein paar Zimmer renovieren oder grundreinigen. Am Strand Liegen in der früh reserviert, um 10 Uhr nur mehr vereinzelt freie Liegen. Ab 8 Uhr Busse mit laufendem Motor direkt vor dem Hotel. Kein Schlaf mehr möglich bei offener Balkontüre. Jetzt zum positiven. Essen ist in Ordnung. Personal war freundlich. Poolanlagen sehr schön und groß. Strand war ganz nett. Zimmer und Balkon wären groß. Also mich sehen die nie wieder.

Ottimo qualità/prezzo,stanze molto grandi con bella vista,spazi comuni molto ampi e puliti,piscine molto belle .Consiglierei animazione con giochi e spettacoli ,musica per ravvivare e fare partecipare la clientela.Bella vacanza in famiglia.

Das Hotel ist das erste in der Reihe einer Anlage (Narcis-Hedera-Mimosa-LidoPalace) und damit am weitesten vom Strand entfernt. Gegenüber der Hotelanlage befindet sich der Campingplatz, dessen Gäste nutzen die Infrastruktur der Hotels. Wir haben pauschal eine Woche all inclusive gebucht mit Eigenanreise. mit 3 kleinen Kindern haben wir das Zimmer - nach Rücksprache mit dem Reisevernatslter - bewusst überbucht, da der kleinste im zur Verfügung gestellten Babybett schlief, während die anderen zwei auf der Schlafcouch nächtigten. Entsprechend dem Baustil ist das Zimmer mit Meerblick ein langer Schlauch, die Betten sind zusammen geschobene Einzelbetten. Die Minibar war wegen Corona nicht befüllt. Bad und WC sind durch Glastüre separiert. Ein großzügiger Balkon erlaubt das Trocknen der Badebekleidung und einen netten Abend mit seitlichen Blick aufs Meer. Das Zimmer selbst würde mal ne Renovierung vertragen, die Vorhangstange war abgerostet aber noch funktional, ein paar Lampen waren defekt. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte rund um die Uhr. Leider gibt es nur zwei Aufzüge, die zu den Spitzenzeiten (immer wenns Essen gibt) mehr als ausgelastet waren. Erst später haben wir dann noch zwei versteckte Aufzüge gefunden, die fast immer leer waren. All inclusive bedeutet umfangreiches, internationales Frühstücksbuffet im Narcis. Mittagessem, ebenfalls großes Buffet warf im Nebenhotel Hadera einzunehmen. Alleine die Aufmachung zeigte, dass Hadera etwas höherweritger sein dürfte. Abendessen gab es wieder als Buffet im Narcis. Speisen haben uns immer geschmeckt, es gab immer Fisch/Meersfrüchte, zusätzlich zur Auswahl an Gebackenem und verschiedene Pastagerichte. Für die Kids gabs immer Eis. Bei AI gibt es in den die All inclusvie Bar die Nachmittags kleine Snacks (Pizza, Wurst, Käse und Obst) und sonst freie Getränke in der Nähe des Pools anbot (Softdrinks, Bier, Wein und fünf verschiedene Cocktails). Die Poollandschaft besteht aus vier Outdoor Pools aufgeteilt vor den Hotels, sowie 2 Indoor. Alle Pools haben entweder eigenes Babybecken oder Rutschen. Den Kindern hats gefallen, auch wenn sich teilweise die Fliesen lösten... Der rechte breite Strand war aufgrund der Vorsaison noch nicht voll serviciert - das Hotel bietet einen eigenen kleinen Bereich mit Liegen direkt am Strand die aber mit dem Campingplatz geteilt werden und damit am Abend meist schon vorreserviert wurden - kontrolliert hat das niemand, obwohl eigentlich verboten. Premimum Zimmer im Lido Palace haben noch einen eignen abgesperrten Bereich mit Premium Liegen. In der Hauptsaison kann man noch Liegen am Strand vom lokalen Anbeiter gegen Gebühr anmieten. In der Vorsaison legt man sich einfach mit eigener Matte an den Strand... Rabac bietet entlang der Küste verschiedene Strandmöglichkeiten an, die grundsätzlich alle gratis zugänglich sind. Allerdings gibt es kaum Toiletten und nur wenige Duschen. Der Weg in den Ort ist entweder per Pedes (ca. 10mins) oder mit dem kostenpflichtigen Bummelzug

Ich seh da keine 4er Sterne das Personal ist nur unfreundlich, vorab vereinbarte Dienste mit Telefon und Bestätigungs Email wirt einfach ignoriert. Hatte 2 klein kinder mit und konnte nicht gleich einchecken, beide mussten aufs klo worauf mit die putzfrau eiskalt nicht ins klo gelassen hat weil jetzt geputzt wirt. Hab mich dann bei der Frau an der Rezeption beschwert die war sehr unhöflich und hat mir gesagt das ich doch halt warten muss bis fertig geputzt ist? (Nochmal 2 Klein Kinder) Gebucht war ein Zimmer mit 2 betten, bekommen hab ich ein kleines doppelt bett und eine Klappkautsch. Der strand ist top aber das hotel ein Flop
