Hotel is too good with best view and centerly location..helpful staff and delicious food..good welcome and cleaned rooms..fast room service..reasonable price and value for money...stay was family visit in Diwali vacation...enjoyed...

Hotel Sentosa in Rajkot is pretty decent hotel for a 3 star, excellent shower, very clean rooms, very modern as soon as you walk in, I would like to say for a 3 star hotel, they were being very tight with the towels, most 3 star hotels give you a hand towel and a bath towel, Hotel Sentosa only gave you one Bath Towel, Complementary Breakfast could do with more choices, maybe small masala dosa, if they have a chief in the kitchen, can make fresh Omelette coffee needs to improve, maybe a fridge in the rooms with some drinks, even some crisps or something, extra revenue for the hotel.

First room we were given was unclean and when I opened the fridge there was a MOULDY OPENED sandwich left there! We requested for another room, went to see it, and it was also dirty, DUST everywhere and very stuffy. The housekeeping ***ager saw us and did a U-turn down the corridor to avoid talking to us! Third room had a dirty carpet so they assured us they would clean it and call us back to check. When we went back the carpet still had clothes threads and other fluff which clearly hadn’t been vacuumed properly! All of this took ONE HOUR to resolve! When speaking with the operations ***ager - Rahul Rao - and explaining that this shouldn’t have been the case and we would like some co****sation for the inconvenience he assured us that he would speak with ***agement and call us back, so he asked for a mobile number which we gave and then told us he would call us back in 30 mins with an update. 30 mins later and no update, we went to his office where he was with another guest so we told him to call us ASAP. He told us he would call us in 5-10 mins. Which again he DID NOT. Another hour later when going to his office to check for an update and query WHY we hadn’t heard anything, he started raising his voice and shouting at me and us!! Absolutely SHOCKING behaviour and attitude towards customers. Clearly he could not take that he had been caught out and not delivered as per his FALSE promises. His ***nerisms were disgusting and incredibly rude, definitely not trained to communicate or deal with HOSPITALITY incidents or situations. After going back to the room we noticed that the bedding had stains and dirty marks, so requested for a clean duvet cover. The boy who came to make the bed didn’t know how to, and whilst laughing was desperately calling someone else for help. When that person came to assist they were still unable to change the duvet cover - this in total took 20 mins, by which time I asked them to leave, and my husband and I made the bed ourselves- only to realise that the new duvet cover itself ALSO had stains and hairs! We asked for another double duvet cover, and received a flat bed sheet, after explaining that we need a double duvet cover again, we then received a single duvet with NO cover. An extremely exhausting and frustrating experience, especially as we have stayed there ***y years ago when it was great! All in all this hotel is an absolute joke, not hygienic, housekeeping staff have no standards, and the ***agement are incredibly incompetent and rude! I would NOT recommend booking or wasting your time and energy at Imperial Palace - you definitely won’t get royal treatment!!! This is more like a one star hotel, we would have been better off in a hostel! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Il était étonnant à kk beacon rajkot. J'ai séjourné 5 jours pour mon voyage d'affaires et il y a une très étonnante localisation que l'hôtel se trouve au cœur du rajkot. Receptioniste khushali donne e très bonne chambre et vue étonnante. Le dîner est délicieux comme au prix. Gujarat thali est très impressionnant. Le personnel est très supportif et coopératif. Je recommande cet hôtel quand je visite Rajkot

The menu was perfect and Service was great by all staff specially by swastika…and ambience was great and room service was perfect and rooms was also comfy………………………………………..,…………………..food quality was great and citrus cafe was great menu planning awesome and all gym facilities was great

I came here to enjoy my holidays with friends. In Regency lagoon rajkot it's very nice place to spend holidays the atmosphere and the staff were very friendly and polite the food was just wow And in front office Ms Monika is very friendly and supportive I'll just suggest everyone to visit one time in Regency lagoon rajkot Gujarat. Thank you ❤

It is one of the most beautiful properties in the outskirts of rajkot. Quality of food is average. Staff is friendly. Overall it was a great experience staying in ran violas suite.
