i stay at Regency Lagoon Resort the stay was comfortable and the service was really good and staff was very friendly and co operative ..... i really enjoyed my stay with nice view from my room breakfast was really very tasty ....... very soon came back again....

Une expérience de dîner fantastique peut vraiment être un jour de remarque, offrant non seulement la nourriture, mais aussi une fête pour les sens. L'ensemble des plats et des plats irrigés par la bouche, préparés et présentés de manière soigneuse, peut transformer un repas simple en un événement mémorable. De la délicate coupe de repas parfaitement frits aux riches, complexes goûts des cours principaux, chaque morceau est une découverte de plaisir culinaire. L'atmosphère d'un bon repas, associée à l'entreprise des amis ou de la famille, renforce encore la joie du repas. C'est à ce moment, entouré de la rire et des conversations qui courent aussi librement que les boissons, que l'essence d'un repas partagé vient à la vie. En effet, ces expériences de manger ne sont pas seulement sur la nourriture, mais la création de mémoires précieux qui se sont écoulés longtemps après la dernière morse.

Le restaurant était très bon, la cuisine était bonne, le gujirati thali était délicieux. Le personnel était utile.La vue sur la chambre était agréable et bon.J'aime la position de l'hôtel, il est au centre de la ville.La chambre de café chocolat était très belle. J' ai aimé le séjour .Les chambres sont propres . .................................................................................................................................................

First room we were given was unclean and when I opened the fridge there was a MOULDY OPENED sandwich left there! We requested for another room, went to see it, and it was also dirty, DUST everywhere and very stuffy. The housekeeping ***ager saw us and did a U-turn down the corridor to avoid talking to us! Third room had a dirty carpet so they assured us they would clean it and call us back to check. When we went back the carpet still had clothes threads and other fluff which clearly hadn’t been vacuumed properly! All of this took ONE HOUR to resolve! When speaking with the operations ***ager - Rahul Rao - and explaining that this shouldn’t have been the case and we would like some co****sation for the inconvenience he assured us that he would speak with ***agement and call us back, so he asked for a mobile number which we gave and then told us he would call us back in 30 mins with an update. 30 mins later and no update, we went to his office where he was with another guest so we told him to call us ASAP. He told us he would call us in 5-10 mins. Which again he DID NOT. Another hour later when going to his office to check for an update and query WHY we hadn’t heard anything, he started raising his voice and shouting at me and us!! Absolutely SHOCKING behaviour and attitude towards customers. Clearly he could not take that he had been caught out and not delivered as per his FALSE promises. His ***nerisms were disgusting and incredibly rude, definitely not trained to communicate or deal with HOSPITALITY incidents or situations. After going back to the room we noticed that the bedding had stains and dirty marks, so requested for a clean duvet cover. The boy who came to make the bed didn’t know how to, and whilst laughing was desperately calling someone else for help. When that person came to assist they were still unable to change the duvet cover - this in total took 20 mins, by which time I asked them to leave, and my husband and I made the bed ourselves- only to realise that the new duvet cover itself ALSO had stains and hairs! We asked for another double duvet cover, and received a flat bed sheet, after explaining that we need a double duvet cover again, we then received a single duvet with NO cover. An extremely exhausting and frustrating experience, especially as we have stayed there ***y years ago when it was great! All in all this hotel is an absolute joke, not hygienic, housekeeping staff have no standards, and the ***agement are incredibly incompetent and rude! I would NOT recommend booking or wasting your time and energy at Imperial Palace - you definitely won’t get royal treatment!!! This is more like a one star hotel, we would have been better off in a hostel! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

J'ai visité cet hôtel plusieurs fois par le passé. Je le recommande parce que les chambres sont propres, le service est efficace, il y a un restaurant à côté de l'hôtel (proprié par le même groupe) et la situation est également idéale si vous avez votre propre véhicule privé ou si vous voyagez par transport d'État ou Bus privé.

I am staying in fern residence Rajkot with my team hotel was superb and well maintained room is superb and well clean and housekeeping team is very helpful and friendly food was yammy specially thanks to Mr . Negi and Suraj Ahemad I will visit next time with my family

Le Fer Rajkot est un meilleur hôtel avec leur nourriture et service, nous aimé leur hospitalité et surtout leur petit déjeuner buffet répandu, il était si délicieux, tout le monde au restaurant était très utile, merci à la Fer
