Hôtels près de Colony Shopping Center, Raleigh

Il a été très bien passé à la station de la ville de Raleigh Hilton. J'ai remis en question le bureau de la chambre de petit déjeuner complimentaire que j'aurais reçu et elle a expliqué que, même si j'avais fait une réservation sur le site Hilton, le petit déjeuner complimentaire ne se présente pas sur leur système interne. La chambre était très propre. Mon mécontentement a eu à voir avec la qualité du lit. Il était incomfortablement trop douce. Malheureusement, je n'ai pu obtenir aucun sommeil en raison du lit. Les équipements de l'hôtel sont très adéquats, les équipements de parking et les installations de conférence sont très adéquats.

Le centre de la ville est très confortable et vous propose des chambres confortables. La seule chose qui manque est que je souhaite avoir été un peu d'eau bouteillenée fournie dans la chambre et je souhaite qu'ils aient été diurnement désactivés, mais peut-être c'est la pandémie ?

La chambre était spacieuse et très confortable. Le service de la maison de retraite était as-necessaire pour le personnel et les invités. La chambre (501) à la fin de la salle était super -- tranquille! Les petits-déjeuners étaient bons et le service était agréable et agréable. Le bureau frontal était très agréable.

Everything was great until...... My wife and I checked in Thursday for 3 nights. Upon check in, we were taken care of by Maria. Very sweet, attentive and had us on our way in no time. Thursday night was fine. Got up and went about our business Friday morning. Came back to the hotel Friday evening, head to the room and fell asleep quick. Then came Saturday morning. My wife is disabled, and we were on the 5th floor. We got to the elevator and waited about 4 or 5 minutes, and nothing happened. I called the front desk from my personal phone (the phone in our room wasn't hooked up) Was unfortunate to get a front desk person by the name of Kwamel. Very unprofessional individual. I asked if there was a problem with the elevators. He said yes, there were not working. I asked him how we were supposed to get downstairs. He directed me to where the stairs were. I advised him that my wife is disabled and not able to walk down 5 flights of stairs. In his own charming way, he had no other answer for me. I hung up and had to help my disabled wife down 5 flights of stairs with her walker and our cooler for the day. Took us about 25 minutes to get to the bottom as my wife had to take one step at a time holding on the guard rail with both hands. I had to stand under her so she wouldn't slip and fall. When I got to the front desk, I inquired how long they would be out. My wife and I were going to be at a convention all day but obviously needed them working before we got back later that night. Mr. Personality had no idea. I inquired what we were supposed to do if we get back and they are still not working as there was NO WAY my wife could WALK up 5 flights. He was very unsympathetic and showed no compassion whatsoever. There was another rep behind the desk. She kept quiet for a while which was probably better for her. She finally asked me to come to her. She looked in her computer and long story short, if they were not fixed by the time we got back we had a room on the 1st floor waiting for us. I would just need to clear everything out of our current room which of course I would. That reps name was Karen. She was very nice, polite and showed an interest in helping us. Kwamel showed NO SIGNS to help. He just stood there with his shirt untucked and looked like it had been slept in. Instead of being part of the solution he kept telling me no. Wonder if he would have felt the same way if it was his mom or his grandma that was disabled and had to walk down 5 flights of stairs. I called Karen later in the day and was told they got 1 side working but the other wouldn't be looked at until Tuesday (holiday weekend) I am very surprised they wouldn't have someone on call 24 hours a day in case something like this happens. Doesn't say much about how much they care about their guests. Got back to the hotel at around 8PM. We were greeted by Daniel. We told him what took place that morning. He was VERY apologetic and showed much sympathy. Kwamel should really take some notes from

Overall, a clean and comfortable hotel. I haven't stayed there in a couple of years, but I did notice an overall decline in the condition of the hotel and service. My room was clean; however, the toilet constantly ran and the shower was constantly dripping (wasted water). I mentioned that my room needed maintenance when I checked out. Hopefully the staff followed up. I arrived late to the hotel due to flight delays. I tried numerous times to get the mobile key on my phone via the app, but it kept showing ”preparing your mobile room key” - never got it. Upon check-in, I wanted to get a glass of wine to relax in my room while I unpacked. No bartender to be found, until I went to the front desk and asked for them to find him/her. There were others waiting for service, as well. On the last morning of my stay, I contacted the front desk to ask for a ”late” (30 minutes later) check out. Check out time is 12:00 noon, but I asked if I could check out at 12:30 instead, as I was attending a conference that was wrapping up at noon. I was hoping to keep my bag in the room, so that I could change quickly in my room before catching a flight home. I was told no.... ”If I do it for you, everyone else will want to do it.” Wow, what an unprofessional response. I didn't think 30 minutes would be so disruptive to the flow of housekeeping. The staff is generally pleasant and professional, aside from my brief conversation with the front desk asking for a later checkout time. I stay at this because it's convenient for my conference attendance, but I'm disappointed with my most recent experience and stay, here. Generally, not Marriott standards.

Le petit déjeuner et le café étaient merveilleux .... Le service à cette position était le meilleur ... La jeune dame (Tegest) au bar pour café et petit déjeuner était super.. 👍😁... Nous avons eu une réunion familiale et le personnel de vente était si merveilleux dans l'aide à planifier les choses. Merci.

L'un de mes hôtels préférés à Raleigh est un dépôt de 50 $ sans bugs, pas de personnes louds dehors.

Il y a de meilleurs hôtels dans la région! Il y a une raison pour laquelle les chambres sont bon marché. Cet hôtel est non professionnel et discriminatoire. Où commencer. Nous avons déjà discuté de payer la taxe d'animaux à l'arrivée avec le bureau de front. Alors que nous apportions nos sacs et nos chiens à l'hôtel, nous avons été appelés devant d'autres invités dans le hall par le directeur général Terrance et nous avons demandé si nous avions payé le prix de l'animal, comme si nous avions essayé de s'évanouir dans les chiens devant eux. L'hôtel était très noir, les routes étaient bruyantes, les cigarettes étaient comme *********, les clients étaient activement fumeurs ********* pendant que nous étions là. Les clients ont été très heureux de voir la musique dans leurs chambres, vous pouvez l'entendre très clairement de la salle.
