We stayed for just one night. Free and easy parking outside and the staff were friendly and helpful. Got breakfast outside though as the breakfast box was not very appealing.

Clean and cheap. It is what it is, but for the price, to catch an early coach over the road, is worth the money

I would highly recommend staying here on your next trip. The staff are all friendly and helpful, the manager had no problems listening to me and answering all the questions I had about my stay. The rooms where extremely clean and tidy and overall it was a very relaxing and welcome stay. I felt like I could enjoy my holiday knowing I didn't have to worry about anything to do with my accommodation. 10/10 will definitely be staying again.

I've been coming to Westwood cross travelodge for over 12 years ,since the refurbishment it has gone down hill . The staff are excellent. Headoffice customer service are respectful they never honor what they say .plus for a low budget hotel the prices are higher then London. Bring your own water . Don't buy breakfast Box . There are plenty of places to but breakfast

The service here is second to none. The management and staff are the . Especially Ben. The hotel has been refurbished and is so clean and smells fresh. Everything was lovely. The house keepers are very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast box was very nice

The hotel was very accommodating and friendly. We spoke with a lovely housekeeper called Megan, who recommended some great areas to visit around Thanet and some lovely restaurants too. We would highly recommend staying here, the rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly.

This is not my first visit to the place but once again it was a great stay! I can't fault anything. Staff are great, hotel is clean and tidy and the shopping centre is literally on the door step for all needs wether it's food or clothes. Thank you again Margate Westwood for a perfect stay 👍🏼

Had to book a night away due to home situation. wow what a hotel you can tell it’s been recently refurbished I’m familiar with Westwood cross there’s lots to explore or though very busy as it’s Easter weekend the staff are really friendly and very chatty my only downside to the hotel was the horrible breakfast boxes I had paid for the price paid I expect it to be more absolutely avoid it not worth the money
