House is perfect location for all you want to do in the Black Hills. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable. Lots seating area for meals. Down stairs is great for grown kids or second family, I would suggest owner puts in coffee bar and small refrigerator in the lower level. Upstairs deck if wonderful wine and fire pit. Host has done a good job to make if vacation friendly

Overlook The house was the perfect size and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. Communication with the owners was great and they responded to my questions before our stay promptly and checked in during our stay as well. Highly recommend!!

The property was nice! Accurately described in the VRBO listing. It was equipped with the basic essentials which was wonderful. The host was super responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going ok. The location was great to cover all of the sites around the Black Hills area. I would definitely stay there again!

Clean and comfortable This was our central home base for our family vacation to South Dakota. The home did not dissapoint. Our kids slept great and enjoyed the ping pong table. If we are back in the Rapids City area, we would stay here again.

Horizon Pointe Three family members thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The owners have provided everything necessary including the most spectacular view. We used the kitchen and found everything necessary for meal preparation. The home is in excellent condition. So grateful I found this location on VRBO which helped made our trip to Rapid City memorable.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY WE WERE THERE 9-16-24 THRU 9-20-24. WE LOVED THE VIEWS FROM THE DECK AND PATIO BOTH AM &PM. ALL OF THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE. THIS IS AN END UNIT AND VERY EASY TO GET TO. CODY WAS VERY EASY TO CONTACT, AND HE CHECKED IN WITH US A FEW TIMES. I WOULD DEFINANTLY STAY HERE AGAIN.
