Rauriserhof 4 Sterne Superior

Just back from a fabulous week stay at this hotel.. the owners Sandra and Martin run this hotel excellently. They are always around to help with an issue or questions you have. The staff are absolutely amazing and a credit to them. Especially the bar men Jamel and David. The food is unreal. Fine dining standard. But also my children can be fussy with food and the chef made them their own pasta dish. The waiters Especially Michael was so attentive by the end of the week we didn't even have to ask for anything he had it already there eg the drinks. I also had a fall on the slopes and Martin the owner arranged the ambulance a d gave us great advice and comfort. Even leaving with a broken wrist this was an amazing week at this hotel. We'll done guys

Our second visit to this beautiful Hotel. I cannot fault anything about this hotel, the food is top class; waiters are excellent; bar staff super friendly and spa facilities excellent. Christian and ina provide valuable information and knowledge about local hikes and organise guided walks from the hotel. Thanks to Jamal and David and Michael for your excellent service once again ! We will definitely be returning soon !

Excellent stay in a very clean and nice hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and it was rather like you met old friends. I must also point out outstanding cuisine. The chef touches fine dining quality. Incredible short holiday - thank you :).

A sublime hotel with very very friendly staff and has a large amount of repeat guests. The food is stunning and the spa area is large and inviting. The hotel has also a large number of staff who are there each time you stay which must be a good sign that the hotel is a good employer too.

Still the best hotel in the World - the friendly service, the fantastic food and the excellent facilities make this my most favourite hotel in the World (and I have stayed in a few). My family and I never tire of it, and so have been back for the last 11 years in a row

We had the best time during our stay in Rauriserhof. Right from the moment you check in you feel so welcome and value. They have daily activities and we did the snowshoe walk which was amazing with Ina and the sauna relaxing session with Christian. The gondolas are nearby and you cannot miss doing the toboggan as it’s so fun. The hotel has a wellness area and big size pool and multiple tennis courts. You also have a laundry room for extra charge. We cannot praise enough the food which was excellent day after day. A big thank you to Mate out waitress who gave us an incredible service and attention throughout our stay.

We booked this through Crystal Ski, as always before booking a hotel i read TripAdvisor reviews. The other reviews talk about how good this hotel is with the food being particularly good and they are absolutely correct, the service was nothing short of fantastic especially at meal times. My wife was recently diagnosed celiac so before we travelled I emailed the hotel directly and they got back to me within 24 hours stating they can accommodate those who are gluten free. On the first evening we mentioned to the waiter (Matty?) that one of us was gluten free and every day at breakfast he informed us what contained gluten and what didn't and offered alternatives to the dish if it was a preference. The service and the staff at this hotel are top notch. Rauris itself is lovely, not much happening outside of the hotel other than the slopes but the hotel is that good you don't really need to leave. The pool and spa areas were very clean and tidy as was the whole hotel. The hotel was advertised as half board meaning breakfast and evening meal but at 2pm the hotel put on an array of cakes and a hot meal such as a curry so it was more akin to an all inclusive minus the drinks which were reasonable priced and a great bar menu! You are given a table and its yours for the week which was nice. The staff quickly remembered our preferences of drinks and also separate gluten free bread ready and waiting on the table and from day 2 a bottle of unopened wine was waiting for us in a chilled bucket next to the table offered to be removed if it was not wanted. There is a Gondola right behind the hotel and the main one about a 10 minute walk away, its easy to get to and there is a free shuttle bus every 30 minutes very reliable and on time. There is a separate storage room for your ski gear, heated and secure. The Ski School Crystal use is right at the bottom of the main Gondola lift and they were also brilliant! If you're considering Rauris then this is the hotel to pick. We had an amazing week

This was our 2nd visit to the Rauriserhof and it will not be our last. This is a superb hotel with friendly staff and amazing food. As others have said the pools are great, especially the outdoor pool, which is brilliant when surrounded by snow. Thanks for another great week and see you again next year.

Like other guests, we have returned many times and made to feel so welcome by the friendly and professional staff. The food is fabulous and serves everyone’s tastes, including more veggie options this time. The new outdoor heated pool was simply superb, and the whole spa area and massages available were excellent! Even if you’re not skiing, there’s plenty bus & train connections to Zell, Kitsbuhel and Salzburg which the hotel helped us to organise. Can’t wait to return again!
