Dear Belmond Caruso Team, I want to thank you for the exceptional hospitality and service we received during our recent stay. Your attentive and warm team made each moment at your hotel special. A special thank you to Chef Armando, who made our breakfasts delightful with his cheerful demeanour. Eida's assistance throughout our stay ensured we felt right at home. At the reception, Nickola's (and his twin's) professionalism and readiness to help were second to none, making every interaction a pleasure. Marko and Donatello's friendly and attentive service enhanced our time at the pool, making each visit relaxing and enjoyable. Lastly, Elsa, your service at dinner was impeccable. There are many others I did not get the name for who deserve recognition, but a big thank you all for going above and beyond to make our stay so special. The Caruso was a wonderful experience! Everything from the warm reception at the entrance when we arrived to our final goodbye's when leaving were very gracious and pleasant. The attention to detail to everything from the dining, cleanliness of the rooms and maintenance of the amenities and grounds was top notch. We especially enjoyed the kindness of Francesca at the front desk. She was very personable and went out of her way to show us around and answer any questions. We look forward to returning soon!

This hotel is utterly, divinely world class. The location is only a hour from Naples airport, but feels like you are on top of the world. The food is fresh, local and truly delicious (grazie Armondo!). The service from Iolanda and her wonderful team is exceptional - warm and genuine. It’s like a home from home (if your home is an ancient hilltop retreat dripping in wisteria and scented with lemons, overlooking a tranquil bay!) GO!!

One of the best places we have ever been! We had our wedding ceremony there and I can say that in addition to the stunning view, the accommodation and services were awesome, this place will definitely be in our hearts forever. I hope we cam come back pretty soon!!

Having stayed at Belmond hotels before and experienced the Orient Express too , this Hotel lived up again to the Belmond brand. Every single detail is thought out for a guest to have the most memorable stay. Having been in hospitality for decades myself , I do expect a great standard and this hotel delivers in abundance ! Just a huge thank you to you all and you should be super proud of your teamwork - from food excellence to poolside service - it is all simply excellent. A special thanks to a few staff who went out of their way to make it super special and the time to talk to us and make it feel like we were staying with family ! Please give our special thanks to the following staff ;- Omar at dinner was so attentive as was Simona - again Carmen and also Francesca who were so super friendly and grateful to them all for their attention to detail and their smiles at all times. The chef was amazing showing the kitchen to us and my son who is a chef in the UK would be jealous of the environment that is created in that kitchen - like one big happy talented family ! One of my top 10…. Loved the location, didn’t break the bank and the views and service were spectacular. They accommodated an additional guest that traveled with us which was awesome since it was their busiest. The best location in town. A definite must!!!

Such a special place, everything really everything was perfect. You can feel that the staff is taking care of every little detail and they work truly with passion. The service makes the difference and makes you feel special!

A small lunch immediately turned into a longer lunch, a beautiful room and a very special dining experience. We arrived at Belmond Caruso at about 1.00pm to have a beautiful lunch with such a beautiful view. At about 1:15 pm the general consensus was that we didnt want to leave! Every member of the team at lunch were just wonderful ! Marco, Claudia, Umberto and I do hope I have spelt your names correctly, were wonderfull! The chef, Armando was responsible for preparing what I can only describe as an unnaturally fabulous dining experience… From a lunch that featured the very best grilled fish picked by the chef to a dinner surprise plate that featured 47 flavours!! Wonderful!! The wines recommended by Claudia were fabulous! Christian looked after us for the entire evening and importantly we learned of his long family association with hospitality in the area. The entire team were a professional tight knit supportive group of professionals whose sole intent was to make your stay the very best possible at this beautiful property.. They achieved it! Lastly! A big thank you to Ariana who flawlessly helped us in our reservation and organising for my wife to get our clothes from the boat we arrived on! Our room was simply beautiful with a double balcony overlooking Amalfi, it was beautifully appointed and the bed linens and pillows were just sooo comfortable! I now have a new fabulous boutique hotel to look forward to… I recommend you do the same!
