L'Aparthotel est situé en plein centre, composé de petits appartements situés dans un palais partagé avec d'autres logements et études professionnelles.Notre suite Narsete était spacieux (50mq) bien équipé et élégant. Le personnel a été très sympathique et même si la réception ferme physiquement à 19 h, il y a toujours quelqu'un disponible par téléphone en cas de problèmes ou de support. La suite, située au premier étage, était très propre et équipée de tout: outre les salle de bains, il y avait un réfrigérateur, un coin cuisine avec lave-vaisselle, une micro-ondes, une machine à café. Chaque jour, le premier petit déjeuner était fourni avec des marmelades, des boulangeries de café, du thé, du sucre, etc ... une tarte prise par un four proche. En plein centre, toutes les principales attractions historiques de Ravenna étaient accessibles à pied. L'hôtel est en particulier devant l'église de San Francesco et la tombe de Dante. En outre, pour se déplacer avec la voiture est fourni le passeport pour ZTL. Les parkings étaient payants sur la route, mais avec un peu de patience et de chance, il était possible de trouver un parking gratuit. Nous avons passé 3 jours et 3 nuits entourés de confort. Considerant les services offerts, excellent rapport qualité prix.

A l'arrivée, c'est l'effet Whaou qui s'impose, avec une magnifique déco et un lustre monumental (en verre de Murano, je pense) dans l'escalier, non moins monumental, qui mène aux chambres. La notre était immense avec un plafond orné de fresques magnifiques et d'un grand confort, malgré une salle de bain vieillotte. L'accueil est extrêmement chaleureux, plein de petits à-côtés qui rendent le séjour très agréable. L'emplacement est absolument idéal, près des principaux sites classés de la ville et des restaurants. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le parking gratuit, puisqu'il n'y a pas besoin de voiture pour visiter cette magnifique cité.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment bon avec des restaurants facilement accessibles. Nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité en nous promenant dans cette zone. La gare est à distance de marche. La chambre que nous avions était excellente pour le prix que nous avons payé. C'était calme, propre et la climatisation fonctionnait bien (contrairement à un autre hôtel soi-disant 4 étoiles où nous avons séjourné à Ravenne). L'hôtel appartient à une famille et le service était très sympathique et serviable. Le petit déjeuner était inclus. Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour. Hautement recommandé.

This is a lovely place to stay. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet and there is excellent wifi connectivity. The building is organised around a shady courtyard and is full of fascinating antiques and art. You are only c. 10 minutes walk from the station, a huge choice of places to eat and shop and also most of the main UNESCO sites - which are simply wonderful. At breakfast there is a wide choice of food and great coffee. Our hosts were very friendly, extremely helpful and made us welcome. I truly can't think of any negatives. We will certainly stay there again.

Located just adjacent to the magnificent basilica of S. Apollinare, and 10 minutes from the town center and 12 from the beach, this little (8 rooms) hotel has it all: clean, nicely decorated and animated by a friendly, always helpful staff. The restaurant offers a menu with traditional local dishes, well prepared and presented. Breakfast is included in the rates, simple but fresh; parking is also included for free. WiFi is available but strong only in the ground floor. Last but not least: prices are very reasonable. Like I said: this hotel has it all.

We stayed here for 1 night before our cruise. Room was a really good size with balcony. Breakfast was fab! Fresh pastries / croissants etc, yogurt, fruit, breads, cereals, granola, biscuits, ham, cheese, eggs. There were options for everyone. This hotel is not double glazed so you could hear outside cars passing down the road and your neighbours when they spoke! Loved the walk to the beach which was opposite the hotel. Through a pine forest. It was beautiful. The beach area is amazing! Pure sand with kids play areas and lots of bars / restaurants. This hotel is ideal for families with young children as it had a great soft play area for the kids. The park looked great but was roped off so we couldn’t use it unfortunately. There were a few kids bikes, scooters & ride ons for the kids to use outside. A few arcade type games and pool table inside. Bikes to borrow. Swimming pool area needed a clean up, not sure if this was because it was beginning of the summer season. Furniture was unclean and needed to be washed down, patio needed sweeping. The water was cold. The kids still had a dip!
