"We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel! Positives: Our room was always very clean, and both lunch and especially dinner were far better than expected for a hotel in this category – truly impressive! The staff overall was very friendly, but we would like to give special thanks to Alice, Lucrezia, Salvatore, Flavio, and Jose. Their warm, attentive service made a huge difference and made us feel truly welcome every day. Thank you so much! Negatives: The hotel itself is a bit outdated and could definitely use some renovations. Rooms are very noisy, there’s only one power outlet, and the TV is old with no German channels. One major downside for us was that all entertainment and animation activities were only in Italian. We would have loved to join in, but unfortunately felt left out due to the language barrier. Nothing was offered in English or any other language, and the hotel clearly caters mostly to Italian guests. Also, while the hotel is advertised as all inclusive, that mostly applies to basic drinks: only syrup-based soft drinks from a dispenser and coffee are included. If you want regular branded drinks like Coca-Cola or Fanta, you’ll have to pay extra – which was quite disappointing. Lastly, the parking situation was chaotic and difficult at times. Conclusion: A hotel with fantastic food and truly outstanding staff – just be aware that without speaking Italian and with limited drink options, some aspects of the stay might feel restricted."

"L'hôtel Centrale Byron me plaît, car le personnel de la réception était très bienvenu, utile et multilingue. The hotel's location in the historic city centre is perfect for explorating the sights, shopping and eating out (the market coverto with its bars and restaurants is just around the corner). The train station is a 8-10min walk away. La chambre était pratique et confortable : les meubles n'étaient pas les plus modernes mais bien entretenus et il y avait un bureau, un réfrigérateur, un barbecue et une petite télévision. La salle de bain était petite et j'ai dû se faire foutre à la porte pour atteindre le bassin. La chambre était très confortable et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner a été servi avec une option si les céréales, les jambons, les coupes froides et les fromages, les pains et les croissants ainsi que le vrai café italien préparés fraîchement."

En basse saison, la réception ferme à 12 heures, c'est un péché parce que si vous avez besoin, vous ne pouvez pas demander à personne. Belle initiative du bar honnête, où vous prenez du réfrigérateur ce que vous voulez et vous l'écrivez sur une notice dédiée"

Cette fois-ci, nous avons choisi l'hôtel classique de Lido di Savio et je dirais que c'était le meilleur choix. Un établissement accueillant et bien organisé avec accès direct à la plage et à la piscine. Excellent service de restauration et de bar, animations et jeux gratuits pour les enfants, entre autres. Disponibilité et gentillesse des gérants, dirigés par Tommaso, son épouse et tout le personnel, super gentil et toujours souriant, avec un équipement supplémentaire.
