If guests plan on using indoor fireplace or stove, they must reach out to the host to ensure proper use. The number of overnight guests is limited to the amount requested when booked. No pets are allowed without approval. An additional cleaning fee may apply. Absolutely no events or parties are allowed on the property. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. The primary renter must be present at all times. Two Week minimum, monthly discounts for off-season available. Guests need to follow all house and community rules.
