Le service est au top. Le personnel est aimable et vous renseigne bien avec le sourire . Les installations sont pratiques. La propreté est à son plus haut niveau. Aucune remarque négative en ce que me concerne. Je conseille vivement cet établissement.

Bon, excellent, bang, chambre propre, pas effrayant, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, il y a suffisamment de place de parking pour voyager. Il n'y a pas de piscine, de centre de remise en forme, le lit est un peu dur, mais ça vaut ce prix, que voulez-vous ?

Les installations étaient bonnes et la propreté était bonne. Cependant, lorsque j'ai fait ma première réservation, j'avais réservé une vue sur la ville, mais ils m'ont donné une chambre avec vue sur les murs du bâtiment et plusieurs climatiseurs extérieurs. J'ai demandé un changement de chambre, mais ils ont dit qu'il n'y avait pas de chambre disponible et qu'ils ne voulaient pas me le changer. Ils ont également dit qu'il n'y aurait aucun remboursement si j'annulais. Finalement, un autre employé à côté de moi m'a dit qu'il y avait une autre chambre disponible et l'a changée pour moi. Cependant, j'ai été déçu par la réponse du personnel de la réception car ils ont menti dès le début en disant qu'il n'y avait pas de chambres disponibles et m'ont donné une chambre de type prison au lieu de la chambre que j'avais initialement réservée. L'état de la chambre est bon, mais si vous laissez la climatisation allumée, vous serez fatigué. Et comme c'est sur une grande route, il y a beaucoup de voitures et elles roulent vite, donc ce n'est pas facile de traverser le passage piéton.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was really impressed! The location is super convenient — just a short walk to a major shopping mall, which made it easy to grab meals, shop, and explore without needing a taxi. The room was surprisingly spacious, modern, and very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable — I slept like a baby every night. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and everything in the room felt brand new. One thing that stood out was the staff. They were all friendly, professional, and spoke good English, which made check-in and asking for recommendations a breeze. If you’re looking for a comfortable, affordable place near the mall, this hotel is a great choice. I’d definitely stay here again

Good location, easily-accessible from highway (however, there's construction and road closed during my stay), street food night market (Mo Saroj Market) is next to the hotel.

สะอาดดีค่ะแต่ในห้องน้ำน้ำจะมาขังตรงใต้ซิ้งค์ไม่ไหลลงท่อค่ะ ห้องไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียง ทั้งได้ยินเสียงจากทางเดินเวลาอยู่ในห้อง กับได้ยินเสียงห้องอื่นตอนอยู่ตรงทางเดิน ใกล้ถนนฝหญ่เข้าไปไม่ลึก ที่จอดรถต่อยข้างน้อย(ไปช่วงปีใหม่รถเยอะ)แต่เทียบกับราคา โดยรวมทุกอย่างคือคุ้มค่าา เริ่ดค่าา ซ้ำแน่นอน

Our hostess in the restaurant Fon was very good in organizing food orders for us and quick to sort out the cupuchino machine when the milk stopped. She knew my surname, and that was important in the details about the guests. The hotel was quick to sort out queries we had.

Le logement est situé à côté de la mer. L'ambiance est très bonne. L'arrière est à côté de la rivière. Façade face à la mer Très bon service, très impressionnant. Comme nous avions réservé un hébergement pour deux jours à des dates différentes, le personnel nous a appelés le lendemain matin pour nous dire que la chambre était prête tôt. Ils ont été très attentifs au service. Je voudrais vous féliciter. Mais la seule chose que je peux critiquer, c'est qu'il n'y a pas assez de places de stationnement.
