The bathroom had straight up MOLD in the shower. The bathroom also had clear water damage on the door and wall. There was a non-functional exhaust fan in the bathroom. Try doing your makeup in that humidity! I had to wait 2 hours for the mirror to defog.
Next the bed was hard as a board! Like so hard I was tossing and turning all night and I actually considered driving home in the middle of the night.
The furniture was scratched up like they pulled it out of a dumpster. The provided shampoo and stuff was all citrus scented. No non-scented options.
Window had obvious signs that someone had “relations” against it and wasn’t cleaned.

I do not know why this hotel has a two star writing. It should at least be a three. It is very convenient to any shopping and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Although it is a older hotel, it has been maintained nicely. There are a few things such as toilet seats need to be replaced and the pool light does not work. However, they allowed us to swim past the 10 o’clock hour as that was our objective with my daughter and granddaughters. I would stay at this hotel again and the manager Raj was very friendly and I told him I was pleased with the stay. Would have stayed another night, but had to get home to work.

We stayed in a king suite. Large patches of mold in the shower. The bathroom had no fan option so if you showered you’re just dealing with tons of moisture. Obvious unfixed water damage making it seem run down and cheap. The mattress was the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE bed I have slept on in my life. I would have preferred a blow up mattress to that awful bed.

This property is one of the best of the Best Western Plus chain. Everything was clean and classy. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. There is a nice park behind the property which was good for a little walk. There is a great Mexican restaurant across the street.

The hotel as a whole is in disarray and a bit dirty. In our room, 313, there was black mold all over the bottom of the shower and it went up the walls. The laminate all across the bottom of the bathroom door was peeling off. The phone did not work. The remote control did not work for the television. We asked to have the room serviced daily, but had to request it again because it did not happen. The dog restroom area had a trash can that was overflowing onto the ground, and was not emptied any of the four days that we were there. The hotel is older, and in need of updating everywhere, but the overall cleanliness of the hotel was lacking. A positive note for the hotel is our bed was very comfortable and my grandson enjoyed the pool area. However, while sitting at the pool area and looking back at the hotel, there were several windows that had mini blinds that were damaged and broken. Which was rather unsightly.

Hotel looked great in pictures and from the outside. Check in was terrific with a friendly staff. We noticed that the common area carpet was stained, but that's something we note from time to time and weren't concerned. Some alarm bells went off when we noticed that a previous guest's leftovers were still in the fridge and the room door looked like it had been kicked in and repaired at some point. The upholstery on the easy chair in the room was stained, so we declined to sit on it. The office chair was sprung and tried to dump you out backward when you leaned back. The biggest issue, and one we didn't notice until the next morning due to the design of the shower, is that the shower was full of mold and mildew. If we'd noticed it earlier we'd have asked for another room, but we only stayed for one night, so we simply reported it when we left. Big concern about cleanliness given these issues.

BW has good rewards program. The hotels are always excellent. This one, I thought, was outstanding. The perfect location.

Spent five nights and plan to come back when visiting family here next year. Bed was great, room was clean. The breakfast was scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage, biscuits and gravy in the hot trays, and I think pancakes and more. Only disappointment was the WIFI being slow and dropping too much.
