Staying at Citradream Hotel Bandung is very pleasant and comfortable. Strategic location in Bandung city, very convenient to get around and many activities, close to the aorport and the station, many restaurants around, several malls and other tourist attractions. The staff is very polite and helpful, especialy thx to Mr. Gume as Manager and the receptionist (i forgt to ask her name). The wifi speed is very good, making it easier to do online work. Definitely i will stay here again if I go to Bandung. I have recommended this hotel to my friends and my family. The suite was very nice with comfortable furnishings, clean and the bed was comfortable too. 😉💖

Malaka Hotel. It’s wonderful that I can stay here with my family. My friend recommended this hotel to me. Well, it’s a cheap and I wasn’t expecting such good service. But Mr. Dwi and Mr. And I did an excellent job of welcoming the guests. My family and I were also given a complimentary drink and snack. Soto is my favorite, and it was delicious. My mother also ordered a Healthy Juice and Oglio from room service. My mother said it was delicious, but I was unable to try it. And, just as my brother and I were about to begin eating breakfast, Mr Andi informed us that our parents could also join us. Meanwhile, the room plus breakfast that we ordered is only for 2 people. I was surprised, and I immediately informed my mother and father that we had received free breakfast. Anyway, Malaka Hotel Bandung, thank you for the experience. I will definitely return when I am in Bandung.

Kali ini ke santika pasir koja sama rekan2 kantor. Hotel nya bersih pelayanan nya baik banget , makanan breakfast nya enak2. Oh iya kolam renang di hotel santika pasir koja ini deket sama resto nya jadi buat ibu2 yg mau breakfast bisa sekalian jagain anak berenang karna keliatan dari resto nya. Kids friendly banget.

Hello . We stayed in your hotel for a few days. The hotel is very luxurious and beautiful. Upon arrival, the staff welcomed us and brought our luggage to the room. All the staff were very kind and treated with respect. The quality of the food was good. The sports facilities were suitable and excellent. The fitness club was excellent with full equipment including jacuzzi and sauna, as well as the hotel pool. Access to the shopping center was great. J'ai passé tant de fois à l'hôtel Sukajadi avec ma famille, je ne peux pas me souvenir exactement combien de fois mais c'était beaucoup, nous aimé la chambre, le service et la nourriture était aussi grande! Et cette fois, moi et ma famille sont revenus à Bandung et ont décidé de rester à cet hôtel, en tant qu'invité répétitif, nous attendons les mêmes services et installations que nous avons vécu, mais malheureusement cette visite est vraiment décevante, La première chambre que nous avons entrée était très sale, beaucoup de cheveux de l'invité précédente était partout dans la salle de bain, la chambre n'a même pas de brosse dentaire, j'ai appelé et demandé au personnel, mais ils m'ont dit qu'ils n'avaient pas de brosse dentaire disponible, Mais alors le personnel de la maison qui passait par notre chambre a dit qu'il était disponible et il m'a donné le brosse dentaire (?) La première chambre que nous entrerons n'a-t-il même pas une garde-robe ou un hangar disponible ? ! Puis je me suis demandé de déplacer ma chambre vers une autre chambre, dont un lit double et qui doit être converti en taille royale, sans oublier, mieux que la première chambre que nous avions, mais encore, la chambre est très épuisée et pas très propre, Le Wi-Fi est aussi terrible, nous ne pouvons même pas avoir un signal à l'intérieur de notre chambre, super rupture d'humeur! Le plus grave est que notre chambre (je n'ai réservé que 2 chambres pour 1 nuit) n'ont pas l'eau chaude (ne fonctionne pas) l'ingénierie est venue dans la chambre et a dit qu'il prend du temps pour que l'eau chaude sortie, bien. J'ai attendu près de 20 minutes. Ça n'est pas encore sorti ? Le personnel dit que je suis désolé et nous a dit essentiellement comme « c'est ce qu'il est ... son genre ... » de toute façon, maintenant je ne peux pas attendre plus / même attendre quelque chose de cet hôtel, vraiment déçu, juste une expression et un réexamen honnête de moi et de ma famille. Et 1 kudos seulement pour le personnel de la maison qui m'a donné la brosse à dents et nettoyant notre deuxième chambre, merci.

Hotelnya baru, modern & bagus. Kekurangannya menurut pengalaman aku : 1. shower air panas nya bisa tiba2 dingin lalu panas lagi & dingin lagi, juga kecil aliran airnya. 2. Kolam renang dalamnya 1,5m jd anak2 susah utk berenang, terlalu dalam. Juga ukuran kolam tidak terlalu besar, dengan jumlah pengunjung yg berenang, jadi penuh bgt kolamnya. Tidak nyaman berenangnya. 3. Fasilitas kurang kalau utk sekedar staycation.
