New building 30 meters from the beach of San Lorenzo a few meters from the "Agua Beach" hotel and just minutes from the Oasis of Vendicari and the seaside village of Marzamemi with a terrace with a view of the coast. The house is equipped with all comforts, outdoor hot-cold shower, air conditioners in every room, washing machine, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, reserved parking space next to the house.
