C'était une expérience agréable du début au terme. Le bureau principal Dominic était très utile, elle était très consciente du programme de récompenses (qui est gratuit et AMATIENT) et j'ai trouvé une carte de remerciement avec mon numéro d'adhésion et le statut de platine dans ma chambre. Très tranquille avec une belle vue sur la rivière. Le service de la maison a fait un merveilleux travail avec ma chambre. Ils laissent beaucoup de serviettes et ils ont toutes les installations Dove. C'est mon voyage à Tri villes. Je serai de retour à nouveau et à nouveau.

A very nice place to stay. A somewhat newer hotel which is being maintained well. Front desk staff very friendly. Mark was excellent during check-in. Amber, the manager, was great to talk to, and definitely customer oriented. Breakfast was very good. A variety of breakfast sandwiches, ham/cheese omelets, yogurt, juices, etc. And of course, waffles with a large variety of toppings. Right now I'm craving another one with chocolate chips!!! Great breakfast selection for me. However, my wife must be gluten free, so limited choice for her. Amber mentioned for future visits to call ahead and she enjoys helping out for these kinds of needs. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Sufficient power and usb outlets - excellent as many hotels are lacking in this area. Kitchen area was very good with sink, several appliances, including dishwasher, although we didn't make use of those items since we weren't in the room much at all. Was stocked with dishes, glasses, etc. So definitely excellent for those wanting to eat more in the room. Bathroom was good size and everything in good working condition. Much better than some where you can hardly turn around in them. Didn't use the indoor pool or exercise facilities, but looked to be pretty good overall. Much better than some I've experienced. We have family that moved into the area a year ago. Have stayed at the Hampton Inn Richland a few times and liked it, but decided to give this Home2 Suites a try. Scenery definitely better at Hampton Richland, especially if you have a room facing the Columbia river, but the Home2 Suites is closer to where we need to be and we liked it. And we are rarely at the hotel room except to sleep, so the view isn't as important to us. A few nit-picky things... Bed is probably getting near time to replace, but was reasonable. Walls a bit thin, so did have fair bit of noise from outside the room, but we have a noise maker to sleep by at night, so not an issue. Both are good choices and probably will stay at Home2 again because of our good experience and proximity. Thanks to the friendly staff, hotel upkeep, breakfast offerings, and overall experience, we had a pleasant stay.

Un bon hôtel rare. L'emplacement est excellent, sur le fleuve Columbia, il y a un terrain de golf à côté, et j'ai vu un grand groupe de canards sauvages accompagnés du vieil homme qui est venu jouer. Les installations de l'hôtel sont excellentes et les serveurs sont très sympathiques. Ça vaut le coup d'y retourner.
