Excellent service et personnel sympathique… ce qui est triste, c'est qu'un ***** au-dessus de ma chambre sautait partout

L'hôtel n'est pas bien situé mais il propose une navette gratuite toutes les demi-heures depuis et vers l'aéroport. Donc ça va. Tout le reste va bien

Le drap de lit et le drap d'oreiller étaient emmêlés, on dirait qu'ils ne l'ont pas changé. Le robinet de la baignoire ne fonctionnait pas et personne n'est venu le réparer. je veux saluer la navette aéroport, c'était très pratique pour nous, spécialement nous avions beaucoup de bagages

From the moment I opened the door to my room, I felt so at home and comfortable. The lighting around the bed made the perfect amount of brightness for casually lounging in the room. Honestly I would love the bed and headboard for my own house! Plentiful outlets and USB ports for charging devices.  The TV was huge. I enjoyed a hot bath complete with a rubber duck! Theres a vending machine with lots of snacks on each floor, and a microwave in the room. The lobby is also super cute! It had a giant scrabble board and a free nescafé station. There's even a retro lounge inspired by their sister hotel. The staff was super friendly and were able to give me dining recommendations (I got a discount for being an Accent Inn guest!) and lend me a phone charger. This inn has such character and I can't wait to stay here again. 11/10 would recommend!

This place was the most fun we have ever stayed at. Services was exceptional and we loved the duck and all the funny sayings on things. We will be back

To be honest apart from having the convenience of having access to charging ports. There was nothing much to the lounge. Not my idea of VIP. There were guys talking loud and no one told them to tone it down disturbing everyone else who was there. The food was beyond basic and nothing to shout about.

Good location & affordable. Nice room. Big enough to place my big luggage.

Room is great and clean, staff members are very nice and helpful with all questions we had. Also they offer free shuttle to the airport. But the toilet's water tank was leaking water, doesn't affect using it but kind of frustrating and it need to be fixed. Other than that everything is perfect! It's my second stay in here and I recommend for travelers looking for airport accommodations! :)

Good they provide a shuttle service and even taxi vouchers to get to the airport. Good value.

Little away from it all. Good for a quick overnight airport connection

Location is great. Close to foods and malls. Dog friendly hotel. I would come again.

The service was excellent. I couldn't believe it, especially since the room was very cheap . Trust me you will never go wrong with this place

My stay at Accent Inns was great! Their service and facilities were excellent - they supplied me with an umbrella when it was pouring outside, the laundry facilities were great, the room was spotless and very comfortable. Shower, TV, fridge, AC were all really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel when taking a flight to anywhere out of Vancouver. They also have a shuttle bus every half-hour to the airport. It can't be beat!
