It’s good but too old and food is yummy and Costco  is near hotel and the price for the hotel is good

This is one of the your chain hotels we have stayed in and this is the best. It was very easy to find the shuttle bus once we stepped out of the International Terminal. The driver of thd shuttle was very helpful with loading and unloading our luggages and my wife have him a good tip. The room is large and quite clean which allowed us for a good sleep before we continue our journey the next day. The breakfast is a bit too simple though, and not warm enough for us seniors. On the whole, we enjoyed our overnight stay after a long haul flight before we hop onto our next flight furth east.

Good for short stay, near the airport. shuttle is available on pre-booked at the reception. Uber is more convenient to travel around. Breakfast included but they are fruits, cereal, milk, yogurt, coffee, bread waffle pancake butter and jam

It was helpful that the Japanese staff helped me. They greeted me with a smile, so I felt at ease. I was worried because another review said the place was not cleaned properly, but that was not the case. I could feel the history.

The location is great, close to the airport. However, the free shuttles are booked up, so I had to book taxis instead, although they are inexpensive.

Decent hotel for the price you pay. Located in a main road, not noisy,. Room is nice, breakfast could be better. Very good support from the reception people.

Location is good for an overnight connecting flight. Costco is right across the street for a quick dinner if on a budget. The breakfast is more continental style. Toast, muffins, yogurt and fruit.

Close to the airport. A bit filthy inside, no amenities, nothing special for breakfast… continental breakfast, the hotel is a solid 2 star because it’s outdated and overpriced.

As for female solo traveler, the walk from skytrain to the hotel was kinda scary to walk alone. There were free shuttle bus to drop you off at airport. You can just tell the receptionist the time slot that you want they to drop you off. The driver was kind. The room is spacious, equipped with iron, iron board, fridge, kettle.

Need improvement, facilities are tired. Breakfast, all the toaster were broken or doesn't heat up, could have spend a few dollars on a new toaster to heat up their already prepared waffles and french toast.

They used to be good before. But I have very bad experience. First the breakfast was awful. Then the staff during breakfast comes and take your plates from the table when you are still eating and plate is not empty. No respect. Btw they have mentioned the time for breakfast is until 10. They were collecting plates at 09:30. So they can’t make excuse for time.

Excellent location. Close to airport, Costco, and Skytrain Bridgeport station. Hotel shuttle service was great. Early to go breakfast was available.

Service is good, facilities are clean, and breakfast is delicious.
