After reading the reviews, I was significantly disapointed. We requested to park at the parking on site (as we had our cat with us). When checking in they tried to make us park at the ofsite parking until we reminded that we had requested it - it appears they do not check the notes when checking in. Anyways small issue - but no information was given to us about the beach, breakfast, anything. After unpacking, we tried to get the voucher for the beach - which they coundn't find so we had to return later and go through the whole speach again to get the voucher. Later that evening we requested two pillows. This is the first time in a 4 star hotel where I had to follow someone around to get pillows and then put the pillow cases on. One night I went to get my car, as we wanted to drive somewhere to find it blocked in. Now the price for parking I do not mind paying, but when you can't have access to your car...this is unacceptable. The breakfast is a big let down. One coffee machine for a hotel this size. On average waiting 5 minutes for a coffee. The pool is extremely small for this size. I even wrote an email to the hotel and not a single response, customer service seems to be a bit of a miss here.
