Not bad at all, the breakfast was OK, but the hotel room is a bit old with lots of mosquitoes. The soundproofing is terrible, I basically heard the bird sounds very clearly every morning, and I can't sleep well. The curtains are solar curtain not the blackout, which the light will penetrate into the room in the morning....

It was really close to the beach, restaurants around this hotel were really nice too. I couldn’t say enough thank you for the receptionist and staff worked there, really helpful and nice.

Personale cortese e disponibile, colazione variegata e di qualità. Letto comodo. La stanza che avevo dava sul retro è svegliarsi la mattina con il cinguettio degli uccellini è stato molto piacevole.

Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, struttura moderna pulita e molto curata.

nous y avons séjournés 5 nuits début aout, l'hôtel y est agréable et très bien situé. le personnel est très sympathique.la chambre classique est simple, la clim est un peu bruyante mais fait son travail, dommage qu'il n'y est pas de mini bar dans la chambre. la restauration et les petits déjeuners sont délicieux et copieux. le personnel qui sert le petit déjeuner et le repas est vraiment aimable,( la petite jeune est très agréable et sympathique). dommage qu'il n'y est pas de parking. très bon hôtel.

Hôtel bien placé pour tout faire à pied . A quelques minutes de la gare , des plages et des restaurants . Tenu par un couple adorable qui se met en quatre pour satisfaire sa clientèle , on s’y sent bien tout de suite . J’y reviens à chaque fois et je ne suis jamais déçue . L’essayer c’est l’adopter !

Good location, and polite staff. The room was simple but very clean, the view from the window was mostly to the wall of the opposite house. Lots of good pastries at breakfast, but no fresh vegetables. Price and quality meet good in this hotel, and because of the location, I could stay here again.

I stayed in a single room, it was small, but it had everything you needed: air conditioning, plenty of towels and some great bathroom products. . The breakfast in particular was excellent: included eggs, pastries, coffee/tea. I found the value for money convenient, I stayed years ago after a business trip, I went to Italy for a relaxing holiday

I was out of peak season, I know, and it is an average hotel, I know also. The value for money, however, deserves 5 stars. The personnel is genuinely kind and helpful, room large enough (dated furniture). Breakfast proportional to the money spent. This is a optimal choice for a cheap staying in Rimini. The position is also ok, 400 meters from the sea and walking distance form the station and the old town.

Aircondition didn’t work properly. It was really difficult to sleep. The hotel staff did nothing to try to fix it. Most of the staff didn’t speak english which made it difficult to communicate. .

We were welcomed by the very friendly receptionist. The room was clean and comfortable. Great services from the hotel and an excellent location. Beach and city walking distance, hotel in beautiful and quiet street. We had a lovely 5 day stay here.
