Great hotel, value for money, good restaurant and bar , definitely staying again later this year

Perfect stay pre departure.

Actually this hotel was just soso, and I didn’t recommend to live in this hotel, but it was convenient to go to the airport

Room is clean, no frill set up is good for environment. Just provide what we need for a short stay. Restaurant staff efficient, check-in fast. But wish the receptionist told us there will be charge of £4.5 per person for but to airport. We didn't know until we got off bus at terminal and driver asked us to pay

Was my first time at Premier Inn and i was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Since there are two hotels on site, I wasn’t sure which ones i was to be in so my Uber driver had to wait while i went inside the hotel. I walked right past the reception desk ( easy to miss bc its so small) and went to kiosk but wasn’t being successfully with it. So teh employee at teh reception desk came over and asked if her could help and checked me in in a heartbeat, allowing me to dismiss the Uber driver. Then the same employee not only helped me with my luggage, but took it up in the elevator for me, and the whole time he explained the amenities of the hotel. Once we reached my room, he continued to show me how the key and electricity works, etc. He also arranged for my airport shuttle in the morning. I’m sorry I can’t remember his name but he was excellent on customer service!!! The room was large and clean as was the bathroom. The TV automatically turned itself on and I had a hard time finding how to turn it off- no instructions or remote, etc. Although I didn’t use the coffee supplies, the fact that you had liquid milk/creamer for the coffee was a pleasant surprise. My only complaint was that the bed was too soft and the pillows too hard. I also could have I used a blanket and top sheet but turned on the heat instead to be comfortable. I did not use the restaurant or order any room service.

整體而言十分乾淨，就是暖氣有點不太穩定。酒店提供付費的餐飲服務，選擇也足夠，食物質素令人滿意。

比較一般，停車費也貴，周邊啥都沒有

J'ai passé une nuit dans cette hôtel . J'ai séjourné dans une chambre double . La chambre est bien avec un petit fauteuil et un petit bureau. La literie était très bonne , la climatisation silencieuse. Au niveau de la salle de bain , une baignoire douche , un lavabo et un toilette dans la même pièce. L hôtel se situe à environ 30min de marche du Terminal 2 , 45 min du Terminal 1 , et environ 55min du Terminal 3. Le taxi , si il est organisé par l hôtel coûte 11£ . Le Runway visitor park se trouve à 20min de marche . Il n'y a rien a côté de l'hôtel . Petite point négatif, il n'y a pas de prise 220v universelle dans la chambre. Toute les prises sont au standard UK . Il vous faut un adaptateur obligatoirement car l hôtel n'en a pas . Le wifi fonctionne bien dans l établissement. J'ai testé le restaurant, le bar , et le petit déjeuner. Rien à dire , c'était parfait . En conclusion, cette hôtel est parfait pour un séjour de une à 3 nuits ou pour un transit aéroport.

Très bon hôtel. Bon marché et accueillant. C'est le seul hôtel qui a bien voulu m'accepter sans aucune réservation. Le service est au top et merci beaucoup à Sophia pour son chargeur. Je recommence fortement 😊

Service at front desk were really ly helpful Restaurant was amazing service was spot on , friendly and attentive even with us having exhausted children and the kitchen team, jonny and jodie made sure the food was perfect, all hot fresh and tasted amazing Definitely recommend

Decent hotel for overnight accommodation. Booked as flying out day after, not able to try breakfast as leaving early. Room clean, smelt ok. Had a couple of beers from the bar and an evening meal. Checked in at 3 pm not many staff about but more later. Food decent but not amazing, you get what you pay for. They have a shuttle to airport, thus might be helpful for others. Bed comfy .

We only booked this last minute before our flight the next day and so glad we did. The location was great and just a few minutes drive to the airport with no stress. There was ample parking at £15 per night (typical for an airport hotel) The room was standard Premier Inn and was clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant was nice and our evening meal was tasty. Would definitely recommend
