The property is also adjacent to the public wildlife and fishing access area which is a very short walk and accessible directly from the property. Enter through your private entrance to find a studio suite with a minifridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, water cooler and toaster. The space stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Upstairs, you will pass through the laundry room to your private bathroom.
