"Séjour décevant – aucune recommandation Malheureusement, nous ne pouvons pas recommander le Panormahotel Unterinnerhof à Ritten, gare d'Oberplatten. Notre séjour a été décevant à bien des égards : Déjà au petit-déjeuner, on a remarqué que le lait dans le café était aigre pendant trois jours consécutifs – ce qui est absolument à proscrire. Les prix des boissons étaient également complètement excessifs : nous avons dû payer 9 euros pour 0,5 litre de bière, ce qui n'était en aucun cas justifié. La pièce était glaciale, la température estimée était de 16 degrés maximum. Il n'y avait pas de chauffage ; Après nous être plaints, on nous a seulement donné un petit four électrique. On nous a proposé de déménager dans une autre pièce où le chauffage fonctionnerait soi-disant mieux. Cependant, comme l’effort était trop important pour nous, nous avons décidé de rester dans la chambre d’origine. Cependant, le lendemain, nous avons découvert que des ouvriers remplaçaient la fenêtre de notre chambre, sans aucun préavis. Par la suite, on nous a accusé d'avoir accepté l'offre de changer de chambre, même si on ne nous avait jamais dit que des travaux étaient prévus dans la chambre. L’accueil et la direction étaient tout sauf amicaux ; Les plaintes ou commentaires ont été traités de manière brusque et non professionnelle. La salle de bain avait l'air sale et n'avait visiblement pas été nettoyée à fond. De vieux meubles, des outils et des déchets traînaient partout dans l'hôtel, ce qui ne faisait que renforcer l'impression générale de vieillesse, de moisi et de désordre. En résumé : l'hôtel semble très délabré et en désordre. Pour les prix demandés, vous n'obtiendrez certainement pas un service adéquat ici. Nous ne visiterons plus l'hôtel."

"Quiconque était au kémate revient toujours. L'ensemble de la zone avec sa vue rêveuse invite à rester. La cuisine et le service (un grand merci à notre serveur) sont tout simplement magnifiques. Nous nous sommes sentis bienvenus du premier au dernier minute. Et seulement les chambres. Simple. Extrêmement bien équipées, même avec un WC séparé supplémentaire. Nous avons vraiment apprécié chaque instant. Nous reviendrons certainement."

"Our week-long stay at Hotel Lichtenstern was simply wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the idyllic location nestled in the mountains, with its breathtaking panoramic views of the Dolomites. We were particularly impressed by the warm hospitality of the entire team. Despite the hotel being full and quite busy, there was an incredibly pleasant, almost private atmosphere. At no point did we feel any stress or hectic pace – quite the opposite, in fact. Every member of staff took the time to be with us and treated us with genuine warmth. This hospitality and attentiveness made our holiday truly special. The modern, up-to-date rooms left nothing to be desired and provided the perfect setting for relaxation. In the spa area, we were able to unwind completely and truly rejuvenate while enjoying the magnificent views. We were treated to culinary delights every single day. The nine-course New Year's Eve menu was an absolute treat – lovingly composed and perfectly prepared. In general, every single meal during our stay was a culinary delight of the highest caliber. We are already looking forward to returning!"

"I stayed at Bemelmans on the bridge on June 2. 4 days of peace and relaxation. We start from the reception of both owners Anna Maria, Ulrike, Clara, and the receptionists always smile and gentle. The quick and friendly service in the room with the mythical Paul head, which makes you feel better than at home. Like everyone else! nice and clean rooms. My balcony had a wonderful view of the Sciliar and not only. The hall is a pleasantly Tyrolean furniture with its ancient history (Sigmund Freud stayed there). The menu includes a huge and complete buffet, a "health of the chef", first, second and fruit/sweet. For every range there is a wide choice and even for vegans, and lighter dishes. Exceptional! The breakfast buffet is also huge with the same choice. Collalbo is connected to the whole Renon and Bolzano with bus, historic train and shuttle. All free thanks to the Ritten card that delivers you the hotel. The hotel has a beautiful spa, massages (payment), a covered pool connected to an outdoor, and a new outdoor pool surrounded by two beautiful baths with ninfee. All surrounded by a relaxing park. Always own of the hotel, the mythical and historic Lintner bakery that you can't absolutely avoid! I leave you other beauties to discover ..."

"I arrived with my wife from a very sticky Verona by car, feeling fairly depleted, and rather like Hans Castorp arriving on The Magic Mountain. And sure enough we were welcomed with a drink by Klaus, the owner/proprietor, and I began to feel waves of wellness float over me immediately. The hotel is quite unique. It is family run and has a very personal, understated quality about it. The surroundings are incredibly beautiful. From the dining terrace one sits looking over the small lake to a vista of rather gothic mountains in the distance. The food is delicious, wholesome and excellent. Accompanied by a generous buffet for those who wish to supplement it. And, of course, the superb wines of Alto Adige. The staff are charming and efficient. The bedrooms spacious and comfortable. Plus one gets the Ritten Card - for free transport on trains and cable cars to all the many local resorts and attractions. At the end of our week I was refreshed, renovated and raring to go. What more can I say? We shall be back!"
