Over the bridge to Singer Island, the home is close to everything – beaches, parks, marinas, shopping, restaurants, bars and more. There is a Publix grocery store only a half mile to the south, Lake Park Marina 1/2 block to the north (boat parking available at the home as well if you have a boat to bring!) and the beautiful sandy Riviera Beaches are just over the bridge. Inside the fully renovated home, you'll find 3 comfortable bedrooms – 2 with queen beds and the 3rd with 2 twin beds while the master has an attached bathroom with dual vanities as well. The fully furnished living room has a brand new flat screen TV and board games for entertainment. The kitchen has brand new stainless appliances and everything you might need to cook a meal.
