1) L'ascenseur nécessite une carte et la carte-clé ne passe souvent pas, ce qui provoque des pannes 2) Le hall d'entrée est agréable, mais la chambre double n'est pas grande, l'équipement est ancien et la propreté est correcte 3) Le petit déjeuner est très bon, plus de 100 par personne 4) Le service est moyen

酒店的晚餐和豐富，位置也很好，整體服務水平很好。唯一需要改善的是酒店裡麪的香薰味道太重，難以呼吸，取消香薰，或者減少90%最好。

Le personnel de l Holiday Inn était sympathique et professionnel tout au long de notre séjour. L'enregistrement s'est déroulé sans problème et l'équipe de la réception a toujours été utile pour toute demande de renseignements. Le ménage a gardé notre chambre propre et bien équipée. Au restaurant, le service était rapide et le personnel attentif, proposant d'excellentes suggestions de menus. Dans l’ensemble, l’équipe a assuré une expérience confortable et agréable. M. Rana était très professionnel et sympathique pendant tout le temps passé à l'hôtel.

I had stayed at holiday inn olaya overall my experience so nice and the room was veey comfortable and luxurious amenities served in the room as a welcome and bellboy staff so nice and The hotel really elegant decorated ramadan times and i had my suhoor and iftar at olaya restaurant food really amazing and staff top notch service especially bug thanks Mr Rana and Mr yahia and Mr sayed all the employees so kind and helpful highly recommend at holiday inn olaya Riyadh for all my friends and colleagues ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

The hotel has perfect guid to the it service and the Staff was very supportive and give me and the staff were very supportive and give me a guide to nearby shops that I need and food was amazing Amazing and would fit a picky person too as well as the room.

I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Olaya. It is centrally located in Riyadh and one of the best location to be in Riyadh. Hotel staff were very helpful and polite. Specially Masud and Hossain. Hotel is good for singles as well as family too.

Best place to live. Breakfast and Dinner is with lot of options. Thursday night is Sea Food, with good variety and very good taste. Friendly and always available staff, specially Rana/Yaqub/Dharma. Chief Sartaj personally attending with his best.

One of the best hotel in Riyadh and room enough big and comfortable pillows and receptionist good helpful I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, thanks to the amazing staff. Mr. Rana and Asad were exceptional hosts during dinner, making every meal memorable. The hospitality team was incredibly humble, and the concierge department was outstanding. I can't wait to return. A big thank you to everyone, and I'll definitely be visiting again soon

I had an incredible stay at Holiday Inn Olaya. The staff made my experience truly special. A big shout-out to Mr. Rana from the dinner at Dana restaurant he were exceptionally kind, supportive, and made me feel like I was at home away from home. I received from him warm hospitality made each meal enjoyable. The hotel have very good swimming pool and big gym and well clean and hotel room enough big and comfortable bed ️ highly recommend at holiday Inn olaya to all my colleagues
